- Tuna: Tasty, lean tuna is one of the "protein bombs" and contains a particularly high number of essential amino acids as protein building blocks. Vitamins B6 and B3 are just as beneficial as the naturally high sodium content. Tuna types have little fat, but this is particularly balanced between saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
- Duck: Duck is characterized by highly digestible protein, good digestibility and a high proportion of minerals.
- Poultry / chicken: Poultry meat is mainly obtained from muscle parts and provides highly digestible and easily utilizable proteins.
