great cage for Lovebirds or Budgie

FOR A LOVEBIRD PAIR OR BUDGIE ..cant fault its size and ease of use. 2 clips and the barred cage part lifts off .. with bird still on perch if quick.. so that the messy base tray can be cleaned. The 2 double food /water bowls have their own little hatch doors which open and close safely to remove just the bowls for filling...and come with little covers to stop poop getting in food/water etc....all door clips feel solid and safe and water bottles can be slid into gaps in corner panels.

Good - but wish it could be bigger

This cage (S01) was very easy to assemble and, although all the parts are plastic, everything is securely in place and feels sturdy. It's also fairly straightforward to clean. The design means that less mess gets out of the cage. HOWEVER, this cage seems to be smaller and more cramped than I had expected it to be, even for my one budgie. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend keeping two budgies in this cage. One budgie is ok - but not sure how long til I contemplate on getting a bigger cage...

Excellent Cage

Took me 15 minutes to put together on my own, so it was pretty easy. Lovely size for my baby budgie... he makes a lot of mess when eating so the fantastic cage bottom means I don’t have to get the vacuum out so often! Easy to clean and access. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Lovely spacious cage for my parrotlet...fiddly to put together..but worth the hassle...really sturdy and easy to clean ..zooplus by far the best price .,,so happy bird ..happy wallet 😊

Excellent cage

Love the design of this cage. Keeps all the mess in. Easy to clean and replenish food. Budgie loves the doors folding in, using them as a landing platform. He doesn't like drinking water from the dishes at the bottom so got one to hook on the bars. Also as someone else says, you'll need extra perches. One other downside is that many baths fit really tight on the doorway because of the plastic closing.

GREAT CAGE

i bought this cage recently , and i must say how very pleased i am with it . it looks great , and my budgie loves it as it has got plenty of space to fly around in , i could not find a better price anywhere online than this at zooplus. it takes a bit of time to assemble , but is well worth it . i was a bit apprehensive about the feeders being on the bottom of the cage , as budgies do not naturally feed off the ground , as i noticed other peoples concerns about this matter in there reviews , so i fitted a perch either end of the cage near the bottom level with the feeders and he quite happily sits on them to eat and drink . i didnt use the plastic perches supplied with the cage , as i always use natural fruit tree branches from my plum tree , as he loves to chew these and strip the bark off , but any fruit tree branches will do , and look more natural in the cage than plastic ones do , just remember to wash them thoroughly before you put them in . All in all i would say that this is a great cage and very good value for money , and i would Highly Recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new cage.

My budgie is delighted with his new cage , it is very roomy and easy to maintain. You will need to purchase extra perches as it only comes with two, I highly recommend.

Beautiful cage

I am very pleased with this Vision cage. Although it took me a while to put together, the finished result is wonderful. The design is great for keeping all the mess off the floor. Most importantly my two budgies love it.

LOVE THESE CAGES!

By far the best cages I have found, I have 3 of these medium ones and 2 large double height ones (L12 model for my tiels - though unfortunately not stocked by zooplus). Most mess kept in the bottom is the biggest advantage. Once you work out that they just snap together they look fresh and modern, and the colours of the cages are unobtrusive. I just wish that the pots and perch colours were on a option to choose as I hate green and brown but love the blue! This being a Hagen thing, perhaps Zooplus could see their way to supplying the extra parts at their discounted prices?? Most of the parts are of good quality and these cages stay looking good for a while, disappointingly the bars can discolour a bit in places though, but this is okay if you don't look too closely! If you can, always go for the taller cage options as you don't have to use the extra sides but they are very handy if you get extra birds or want to move things about a bit. Very expensive to add these parts on later, but not a huge price difference to buy this option straight off from Zooplus! Will be buying another Large L02 option soon to move my breeding pair of canaries into from the medium size as bigger is definitely better for the birds health and wellbeing!! Tbh I probably wouldn't go for the smaller sizes as they seem a bit narrow as most little birds need to fly from side to side. Ok as a temporary or travel cage though.

I HAVE PURCHASED 2 OF THESE HAGEN VISION BIRD CAGES .EXCELENT VALUE..MUCH EASIER FOR CLEANING OUT...LOVE THE DESIGN .WAS QUITE EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. AND BEST OF ALL I HAVE 2 HAPPY BUGIES NOW...BEFORE THEY WERE IN ONE LARGE CAGE AND USED TO FIGHT...SO PEACE AT LAST...

Brilliant product

At first I thought this was alot of money to pay for a bird cage, however when I recieved it I was very pleased with my perchase. I have a budgie, and this cage is perfect for her it gives her plenty of room to move about. Also the wider base means that less mess scatters out of the bottom. I would definately recommend this cage to any owner with budgies. It is also the perfect size for two budgies.

Excellent bird cage

I would definitely recommend this bird cage, I brought the medium size which has plenty of room for my canary. It went together easily, and looks really good on its stand. Best if all there's no mess on my floor anymore, I hang the bird treats from the ceiling of the cage away from the side walls so that the bits drop into the base of the cage instead of through the side walls. All in all a well thought out product. 10 out of 10

TWO VERY HAPPY BABY BIRDIES

My two budgies love this cage. It i indeed way to big for the pair, but who knows maybe there will be pitter patter of littler feets that may fill the cage in time. Briliant cage, really easy to essemble and really easy to clean.
