Terms & Conditions for the Prize Draw “zooplus Originals Lucky Draw” by zooplus SE
1. OrganiserThe organiser of the prize draw is zooplus SE, Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße 18, 80331 Munich, Germany.
2. Eligibility & Automatic Participation
All customers who are subscribed to the newsletter and who have purchased a product from one of the zooplus Originals between 7 Aug 2025 and 5 Feb 2026 are automatically entered into the sweepstake without the need for any additional registration. Participation is free of charge.
Employees of zooplus SE and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3. Competition Period
1st - 15th April

Win 1 of 1,000 prizes of 555 bonus points!
5. Choosing the Winner
1,000 winners will be chosen at random.
6. Announcing the Winners
Winners will automatically have their bonus points added to their account by 01.05.2026.
7. Data Protection
Your personal information will be used to manage and run the prize draw, including choosing the winners and letting them know. This is based on your consent to receive marketing updates.
We’ll only use the personal data needed for these purposes and will keep it just as long as necessary to run the raffle and meet any legal requirements. Your data won’t be shared with third parties unless it’s essential for delivering the prize or required by law.

zooplus is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control.

zooplus reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the competition, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice for any reason. This may be necessary, for example, if technical or legal issues prevent the competition from running smoothly.
10. Governing Law
Participation in the competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not remove the protection provided by mandatory legal provisions in the country where they normally reside.
11. Final Provisions
If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest will remain unaffected. Any invalid provision will be replaced with a legally acceptable one that closely matches the original intent and purpose. The same applies if there’s a gap in these terms and conditions. zooplus reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be shared with participants in a suitable way.
