it works very well for what it needs to do, and can have mats or soft things on or top of it however i wish there would be bigger size as current one covers 1/3 of the area

This product is not suitable for a bunny, you will need to double up on the product as it’s far too short for bunny, who can hop! My bunny is 9 weeks old and managed to jump it. It’s cute but it’s actually not a lot of room. Probably want about 4 of them to make a decent size and height. I was disappointed.

Got mine in the post today for our new bunny looks exactly like the pictures and very affordable make sure if you want the bottom you need to add this to the basket separately.

Previously bought one and it works perfectly! Now that I have two, I can easily alternate between them and keep them clean.

In the picture it shows the base, but only the racks are included. I wouldn’t have minded paying more for both things, but what I bought isn’t what’s shown in the image. It’s a shame, everything else was fine and delivery was quick, but that doesn’t help if I now have to order the base separately and pay for shipping again. The website’s user experience really needs to be improved.

Ordered this pen for my two guinea pigs. However, I’m not quite sure how you’re supposed to clean the base? Are you meant to put some kind of fleece or something over it? Otherwise, it seems good—easy to assemble and nice and big!
