I used to be a huge fan of this bedding, but apparently my rabbits like to eat it. The result: my rabbits got constipated and they're still not out of the woods. I wonder how something like this can even be sold for rabbits? Apart from a ridiculously expensive vet bill, nothing else came out of it. It's barely manageable. The bedding was just in the rabbit toilet, covered thickly with straw and hay, and my two rabbits dug it out and ate it.

It's hard to find cheap litter in large quantities for rabbits. This does the job—there are probably better options out there, but the prices... I'm always happy when this product is back in stock. I have some old, smaller bags, so I split up the big bag into those, which makes things easier later on. The delivery box is huge, so it can become a toy for your bunny or be used to store something else!

I wanted to try it as flooring in my aviary, but unfortunately I can't recommend it for birds because it gives off an unpleasant smell—I had to replace it after just one day. I then passed it on to a rabbit owner, but he wasn't convinced either, not just because of the smell.

Very good, even though it's a bit dusty (I sneezed once when putting it in the tray) and the shavings can be a bit prickly on your hands. Otherwise, it absorbs well, there's no smell, and it holds the tunnels together quite well.

The litter smells bad, even though there are no signs of dampness or mould in the bag, so I don't know if it's the natural smell or if there's a problem. It doesn't smell like the other hemp litter brands I know. The smell reminds me of the products used in elderly care... I regret buying the biggest bag now.

It gets really dusty, you can actually feel it in your nose (human) when applying and cleaning up, which is a shame because it smells really nice, like hay, and stays fresh for a long time + it's easy to clean up the poo.

I can only recommend this litter—it doesn't smell of urine at all, has great absorbency, and my three rabbits and I are sticking with it.

I usually buy soft bedding, hemp bedding. Tried two bales of this brand. Both bales smelled sour and old when I opened the bag. It smelled even worse in the cage after just a few hours. The rats started noticing something and cleared out all the bedding two days later. Tried it for the hamster too, but will clean it out and switch to something else. I’m going to throw away what’s left of the bedding.

We end up with dust everywhere, I don’t even know how my gerbils manage to breathe.
