FURminator deShedding Tool L Long Hair

I ordered a furminator for my own dog back in April. I loaned the brush to two of my friends so they could try it on there dogs. They loved it so much that I had to order two more. We are all extremely happy with our furminators. Works a treat.

I have a german shepherd/akita cross and she had a very thick undercoat which was taking ages to remove with standard brushes. this brush was a game changer. didn't hurt her at all and removed the hair with ease. I couldn't believe what came out, she looks like a new dog!

We'd resigned ourselves to a new life where everything is constantly covered in dog hair, but no more! After an hour grooming last night, there was a football sized fur ball in our bin and doggy looked so sleek and glossy! When he lay down on our black bed sheets, not a ginger hair was to be seen afterwards!

Since a few days ago I am using the FURminator for my shepherd.After 20min I already managed to get quite an impressive mountain of hair. The combing was quite easy and even though my dog can't usually stand still for more than 20 min, he managed to do it this time. I am absolutely stunned and can recommend the FURminator to everyone with hairy problems.

I hesitated a little before starting to use this product, but it is a real blessing with my Australian Shepherd! The brush is excellent and removes loads of hair and dead skin. It makes the skin and fur much more soft.

I was always worried about brushing my Labrador, but ever since I got the FURminator brush everything changed. I don't need to worry about brushing anymore and, most importantly, it doesn't hurt my dog anymore.

I bought the Furminator for long hair. The brush is amazing—my German Shepherd had a very thick undercoat that just wouldn’t shed. This brush really helped us get rid of it. It’s a bit heavy, but it’s also very well made. I’m really satisfied.

I bought this for my Australian Shepherd, who is currently shedding like crazy and needs some help with it. I think it works as it should, of course you need to use it with proper care and not go over the same spot 20 times 🙂

My dog couldn’t stand being brushed. He used to bite the comb and brush! I bought this very sceptical. Well, I’m pleasantly surprised! He lets me do it and actually enjoys it!

Really great. Abby actually enjoys it when I brush her with it. She loses a lot of hair, but even when I brush her with this, it doesn’t get much less. So for us, it’s definitely not the 90% they claim! But you can clearly see on the comb that it pulls out hair right from the roots, and it also removes dead skin, which is brilliant. I can’t say anything about how long the brush will last yet. I’ll update later. I can definitely recommend it.

It can't be used on dogs with long hair, it doesn't cut the hair and it's a device for torturing pets, not for grooming!

I can only say that it doesn’t work on a Maltese bichon. A device for torturing your pet!

Picks up hair instantly, easy to hold

She removes a bit of the shedding. This is the worst brush, it cuts live hair; with every stroke I remove both live and dead hair, and the coat is damaged and rough after using it (you can easily see it because when you brush, it feels like it never ends). A friend’s dog developed alopecia because of this brush... I bought a slicker brush and a special shedding brush and honestly, they’re great—they detangle and add a bit of shine to the coat, and the hair looks healthier and stronger. (And Zooplus sells them)
