One star is too much

The only treat my Bearded Collie won’t accept, even though she usually loves any kind of reward. It’s been a month since I ordered them (and paid a steep price), and I haven’t managed to get her to eat a single one. Even when I mix them into her food, they’re left in the bowl. I’m going to complain about the product. Zooplus, I’d like to know if anyone from your team actually reads these reviews and takes action.
