Lukullus Dry Dog Food Economy Pack 2 x 10kg

Nuggets are quite long for small dogs but breaks up easily. Slightly too high in carbs would be the only negative with the food. I've been buying this for a while now and the dogs haven't got tired of it yet. They tire of other brands after a couple of bags so it's a good sign so far! Give plenty of notice for delivery though as mine took a long time to arrive.

This arrived quickly, and when I opened the pack, my puppy sniffed the air and ran over. However, he is a little Maltese of 21 weeks and the pieces are far bigger than the picture shows, with most between 3 and 4 cms - far too big for his little mouth. They are also too hard for me to break up easily, so I cut a few with poultry shears and he loved them. But I have very arthritic hands, so cutting them all is neither possible nor practical. So they will be given away.

Keeps my Wiemaraner in great condition and lovely healthy coat. Keeps emissions to a minimum too! Best balance between price and quantity as you give much smaller portions than cheap dog foods.

I have been using this food on my Belgian Shephard X Border Collie for nearly 2 years now and it is absolutely perfect. He is sensitive to poultry. Even a slightest poultry gives him dihaerrae. Most foods even Beef based ones might include some poultry in it sometimes but the beef and fish version of this food has no poultry at all. He has been very stable with his weight and his coat shines. Every vet he has been to said keep whatever I have been giving to him.

We struggled finding a food for our pup that had good ingredients and at reasonable price. This fits both, plus its the only food that hasn't effect her number 2's or her bad wind she was having(no longer). Would totally recommend the food to everyone, comes well package and has a nice smell to it surprisingly.

Our dogs have been exclusively on this food for several years now - two previous dogs and the two present ones. It solved a sensitive tummy issue with a previous dog and I'm sure it helps with their lovely shiny coats. They love it.

My boxer and bullmastiff love this food. It's easy to manage their weight with it and their coats are shiny and soft.

I can only agree with the previous reviewers. We, too, have happily fed Lukullus cold-pressed dry food for years, but we are now very dissatisfied with the new recipe. Our dog still eats it, but the crumbling is extreme. We feed part of the portion using a feeding mat, but with this quality, that's really no longer possible. Unfortunately, we'll have to look for another brand. Such a shame. Hopefully the manufacturer is reading this.

An excellent product

My 15-year-old dog has had allergies since she was born... With this kibble, her digestion is really good, her stools are well-formed, and she no longer has any gas. I highly recommend it.

This chicken-free dog food turned out to be a great choice. My picky, older dog now waits eagerly for seconds after finishing his usual portion.
