Lukullus Classic Chicken & Salmon - Grain-Free - dog dry food

Looking at the ingredient substitutions in the new formula, I think I'll try another brand, substituting 20% fresh salmon for 25% peas, and using maize instead of potatoes. My boxer loved the other formula and her coat and health is very good, but this new formula doesn't look good.

The descriptions definitely don't match... With the old recipe, my dog was really happy—we used it for almost 12 years (just changed the flavours). With the new one, he needs a bigger portion to get the same energy and to feel full (and he's an older dog, imagine what it would be like for a puppy or a junior). What bothers me most is that he's having digestive issues with this new formula (constipation). Looks like we'll have to pick a different brand...

The new recipe is drastically different from the original one, and it doesn't suit my dog at all.

My eleven-year-old Dogo Canario has an extremely sensitive stomach and tends to get diarrhoea. This food is one of the few products he can tolerate without any issues. Thanks to the handy zip closure, the bag can be sealed perfectly, which helps prevent unpleasant smells.

I left a negative review about this product some time ago, saying that my mixed-breed dog became incontinent. We simply split the doses and now everything is perfect. Sorry! 10 out of 10
