Hill's Prescription Diet Canine j/d Joint Care - Chicken

This was the first time we ordered this product. Having been happy with the over 6+ science plan till now. Ordered 9/01/22 Well today a load of stuck kimball fully mouldy came out of the pack.TO MY ABSOLUTE HORROR. Which is stored in exactly the same place and conditions as the food tor the past 12 years nof feeding my 13.5 yr old hills. We noticed NEITHER were not keen on these nuts. And once replaced with their 6+ CHICKEN they were back munching again happily. Refund request zooplus ?

Before my dog started this food I was constantly getting comments on how shiny her coat was and in what beautiful condition. After being on this food for 7 weeks now I've seen a huge change in that, her fur is now itchy and flaky and extremely dry, in 7 years I've never had this problem and nothing else has changed apart from her diet. On the joint side of things I have seen absolutely no difference, I wasn't expecting miracles just for her to be a little less stuff which has not happened.

After just 1 year on this amazing food I now have a 10 and a half year old Westie who walks with a spring in his step again - one happy dog and one ecstatic proud owner! Thank you

My 2 year old Golden Retriever has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis. This food only takes a couple of weeks to see a visible improvement, I can see that he's really happy when he's playing and moving. And just a couple of weeks ago he was barely moving because he had such a limp. Thank you Hills J/D!

I have been feeding my 8 Year Old German Shepherd who has hip dysplasia this food for the last 3 years and she is still running around like a pup. She does be a bit stiff in the winter but otherwise ok. Icing on the cake, now that I can but it on zooplus I stand to save about €200 a year!

Following the recommendations of my vet I started my dog on this diet. He told me not to expect a huge improvement but that it would help to reduce the pain in my Rottweiler's hind legs. But to my surprise we noticed a great improvement and he has gained greatly in quality of life. I'm glad we found this food.

Normally I am sceptical. This food was recommended by a stranger on a walk one day. Our 9.5 year old Hovawart walked slowly and had sadly become more stiff in her legs during the past months. Our wet recommended pain killers, and we gave her from time to time. The stranger told us that she had good experiences using Hills J/D for her old dog. I thought let's try it and hope for the best. Already after two weeks a positive change started to show. To day after 5 weeks our dog seems free of pain and some times runs and jump almost like when she was young. And only change is this food!

With a labrador diagnosed with elbow dysplasia our vet has recommended this product to us. Our dog loves it; although to be fair he would eat anything - he is a labrador after all. Dysplasia is a condition that needs to be managed and this product with its high fish oil content seems to be working - with the added bonus that he has a lovely silky coat.

When I give this dog food to my dog, who is 13 years old and has mobility issues, you can see the improvement quite quickly. Now I only feed her this food because she really moves better and doesn't struggle as much to get up. She seems more active.

I have spent many years and she is doing well.

Clearly much less trouble with his front paw (arthritis) since our Labrador has been on this food.

Basically, Asia was having a lot of trouble walking because of arthritis. The vet prescribed these kibbles along with some supplements, and after a month she’s back to being active and cheeky 😄

My dog was diagnosed with HD early on, and the vet recommended this food. After a short time, there was already an improvement in his gait, and after a few weeks, we were able to do without painkillers for the next few years. Important when feeding: Don’t add any other substances like oyster shell, etc., because all the minerals in this joint food are perfectly balanced. You should keep this balance. We’ve been feeding it for 10 years now.

This is by far the best for mobility. My border collie is doing much better. Other brands just don’t have ingredients of the same quality.
