My little dog has bladder stones, and when her condition gets worse for various reasons, she pees frequently, even in the house. I was looking for a reusable nappy that wouldn’t let urine leak out, and the Kooa washable nappy turned out to be the best choice.

It withstands washing and the amount of leaks well. About 17 years old, 12 kg.

Fits well, doesn’t fall off when worn. My female dog is about 4kg, a Yorkie. My daughter forgot to take the nappy off when she took her outside. It stayed on her bum for a few hours until I got home. Everything in the house stayed dry, but the little dog went straight into the bath because she was wet under the nappy. So, as a first aid solution, it’s great, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving a wet nappy on your dog for too long, as it doesn’t protect them from urine and moisture. My dog can’t clean herself, so during her heat it’s perfect, because the nappy stays in place and there are no accidents.

Despite choosing the size carefully, it was a bit too tight and uncomfortable for my dog to wear. It leaked the very first time, luckily there was still a pad in the basket. After washing, it also took an extremely long time to dry.

Nice material, easy to wash, fits really well because my Border Collie doesn’t lose it during the day. However, it’s not waterproof at all! My dog is going to be 14 and has trouble holding it in, so I put this on her during the day when I’m out at work. When I get back, the nappy is completely soaked (even on top and on the outside), so they’re not waterproof like disposable nappies… It’s a shame because I was hoping not to have to buy disposables anymore.

Bought this for my senior dog and it was just the right size for a 12 kg dog. Fits well and doesn’t affect the dog’s movement.

Honestly, I can't really recommend it. The size L isn't actually that big, plus the pants are made of polyester 😢 My dog got chafed from wearing it. It's just not comfortable for the dog to wear and I regret buying it.

I was fed up with buying expensive disposable nappies that aren’t very eco-friendly for my 14-year-old dog, who sometimes has little accidents at night. These washable nappies are great value for money and really absorbent. They seem to be very good quality (been using them for a month now). Thanks to the other reviews, I got the right size: M for a fairly slim 10kg cocker.
