I have a medium-sized dog and I hadn’t realised it was so thin and had such a small clip. I gave it to my mum, who has a small dog.

I ordered this because the public area supervisors in our village have started targeting and fining dog owners who walk their dogs without a lead. Our golden retriever walks right next to me without a lead, matching my pace, friendly with people and other dogs but not pushy, and comes when called. If he sees a cat, a simple "no" is enough and he won’t chase after it. However, he can’t do his business on a short lead. It’s a bit tricky to adjust the lead to the right length, since our dog isn’t used to being 15 metres away from us, except when he’s playing.

It worked great for my small dog (11kg), it gets a bit tangled but that's normal. Survived walks in the forest, water, mud, and fields. The only small downside is that it doesn't have a handle, but apart from that everything's great, I totally recommend it!!!
