Poor quality, don't buy / return process very unclear!
This customisable LED collar comes without any instructions on how to shorten it. If you cut a piece off, the fabric frays. If you try to open it, the clasp falls off the ring... On top of that, the return process is very unclear – you select your product but there’s no button anywhere to request a return. Very disappointing, poor rating!
