The plastic on the outside is impossible to remove without leaving behind small, ugly bits of plastic all around the edge and around the vent circles in the middle. Imagine it like a thin layer of cling film stuck all around the plastic cover, and it tears before you can physically manage to pull it all off. I don't recommend this product, buy a different version until they sort out their plastic protection.

In use: - extremely high risk of heatstroke!!!! - never put your pet on the back, you MUST always keep an eye on your animal!!!! This product should be banned worldwide. An irresponsible product. Someone was only thinking about money and absolutely not about common sense or safety! A waste of money and a danger to life.

My little cat is 3.20 kg. She fits in it comfortably. A 5 kg dog wouldn’t fit in it anymore.
