Hill's Science Plan Adult - dog wet food

The quality of the food is unbeatable. I have a dog who absolutely loves this. I always order this. And the price on zooplus is the best!

Why does his only come as chicken? Wet food. I have just spoken with one of your agents and it took me a long time to try and establish what the important ingredient for canine Mature Adult 7+ Longevity And without the Adult food at the same price. Why does the 7+ only come in chicken?

Great product, I usually mix it with Hill's Science Plan Mini Chicken, and it is very appreciated by my dogs.

The food is being eaten well, but the stools are mushy and smelly, so they're harder to clean up. I was able to test these kibbles, but two weeks wasn't possible with the amount I received. So I tested them for a shorter period. For us, this isn't the right food for our dog.

It was a great honour for me to test this product for my three loyal little friends. My first impression of the product was good—the dogs really enjoyed it. As we used it for a while, I did notice they wanted something different now and then, so I switched to another flavour and that worked out fine. The only downside for me as an owner is that the product is quite firm, which makes it a bit hard to mash. But all in all, it's a good and healthy choice.

Our dog loved this wet food for the first three days. After that, he left it and preferred his kibble. We have a Pomeranian and they’re quite picky with sensitive stomachs, so he did get some loose stools. The kibble is also from this brand, so we alternate between them sometimes. The food looks good and smells nice too. We got to test it for a few weeks and give him a bowl a couple of times a week. So for our little dog, it’s not a replacement, but an alternative food.

I've been buying this stew for my 3-year-old Labrador for a few months now and I honestly recommend it. My dog is a real bowl-cleaner, but after eating regular canned pâtés he often had stomach upsets and gas. With Hill’s, the problem disappeared completely. Inside, it's not just a uniform, ground-up mush, but proper, nice pieces of meat, carrots, and peas in a thick sauce. It actually smells really good (not like the typical cheap supermarket food). I mix this can half-and-half with dry food – my dog literally dances by his bowl and wags his tail with excitement!

I bought a set of Hill's Science Plan stews for my adult Labrador, who recently started being fussy with dry food. In terms of taste, it was a total hit. My dog literally licks the bowl clean, and the smell when you open the can is really pleasant – you can clearly see pieces of vegetables and meat, not just a uniform, ground-up mush. Plus, the food is very gentle on the stomach; the issues with loose stools and gas have stopped.

My dog eats this food with great appetite and you can really tell he enjoys it. After meals, he feels great, has more energy, and is more playful. I also really like the convenient can – its size is perfect for one meal, so nothing is left over and there’s no need to store opened food. It’s a really practical solution for everyday use!

My dog is very happy to eat Hill’s Science Plan Adult food. He liked it from the very first serving, and his bowl is always empty in no time. The food is well tolerated and I haven’t noticed any digestive issues. Big plus for the ingredients and convenient portions. This is definitely one of the foods we’ll keep coming back to! 🐾

Over the past few weeks, my dog has been able to try out this wet food. He’s a very picky German Shepherd, so at first I was a bit worried he wouldn’t want to eat it. For the first few days, I mixed the food with what he’s used to, and after a few days we switched to just Hill’s, and he keeps eating well and finishes his whole bowl. The texture is a bit like pâté, and it smells good. Most importantly, his stools are normal instead of diarrhoea. Dog happy, we’re happy.

Our dog usually leaves her food out for hours, but as soon as I opened a tin of this for the first time, she started jumping around, and weeks later she’s still just as excited! Sometimes her stools can get a bit inconsistent with wet food, but she’s reacting really well to this one; her stools are firm and there’s hardly any smell. What I do find odd is that there’s only 9% chicken in it—I wonder what the rest of the animal ingredients are. It’s not an issue for my dog, but I do think transparency is important!

This is a product I’ll definitely reach for again. I received it to test. My dog really enjoys it and eats everything with a good appetite. His coat is healthy and shiny. The food’s ingredients are quite good. For me, it’s fantastic.

I got to try out Hill's Science Plan Chicken over the past few weeks. From day one, my dog ate the wet food mixed in with the dry kibble. After the adjustment period, she only ate the wet food. She absolutely loves it and her digestion is great. My impression is that the food is really well balanced. I'm very enthusiastic about it. The food smells good and looks great too. However, after this test period, I will start adding Hill's dry food back in with the wet food. I think that's better for her teeth.
