Hill's Prescription Diet Canine u/d Urinary Care

Our dog has severe inflammatory bowel disease & this (z/d) is the only food that he can tolerate. It was recommended by our vet, after several other foods proved to be indigestible, & we are thrilled by the results. Our dog's symptoms have reduced & he has even regained some of his lost weight.

After a really bad stomach bug my beautiful golden 10 year old cocker spaniel was left with a upset tummy, and left with a sensitivity tummy which this product has help keep under control recommend this and the dry kibbles version. Pricey but worth it

My female dog is happy to eat this food. All the symptoms of her illness have disappeared. It's a pity there's only one flavour because her meals are very monotonous.

Hello, I give Hill’s UD pâté to my dog (he’s on allopurinol for leishmaniasis and has stones caused by the allopurinol). The big problem with this pâté is that it’s as hard as cement. It’s a real pain to get it out of the tin, and then I have to cut it into small pieces! It takes me at least 5 minutes of struggling. I just don’t understand why this pâté is so hard. Like cement.

I mainly use the canned food to make the Hills dry food more appealing. The ragout works better for that than this bone-dry version. This has nothing to do with wet food anymore. Apparently, the recipe was changed a few years ago, unfortunately not for the better. The other varieties from Hills are definitely better! (Border Collie, now 4 years old, prone to struvite crystals) Since we started using Hills food, the values have been normal.
