Very disappointing
I purchased 2 of these, thinking they looked good and were a great idea. Unfortunately, even though they looked good when I first attached them to the furniture, they fell off after 1 day. I tried re applying them time and again, but they just kept falling off.

Decent product
The actual claw protector is fine and the cat likes it, but the Velcro that's supposed to attach to the sofa doesn't stay put, so my solution was to sew it on so the cat could actually scratch it. And NO, he's not extremely rough—I even took off the scratch protection mat at first to let the Velcro stick better, but it still started to hang loose and come off, even when nothing was on it.
So, a nice idea, but not great in practice unless you're willing to sew it onto your sofa.

Great for doors and as a topper
We've put a few up on doors and also mounted some as toppers on chests of drawers (secured right at the edge with screws to survive the zoomies!), where they happened to fit perfectly. Really adds to the climbing playgrounds in the house.
They've held up brilliantly ever since. We've even moved some of them around 4 times, and they're still sticking perfectly.

The cat likes it
The cat really likes it a lot! But a downside is that the sticker on the product doesn’t stick to the edges of the sofa. I don’t think it would stay attached at all if it were vertical; we have it on the sofa armrest. But the cat no longer scratches the sofa, so in that sense it’s a brilliant product!!! I just wish there were different colour options available.

Doesn't stick to fabric or around corners
Unfortunately this didn’t stick at all to my couch. It holds for a couple of minutes, then curls up and comes off. I can’t even imagine how quickly it would come loose if my cats tried to scratch it. I’ve reused it now and put it on the floor, so at least it serves one purpose.

Works well on the sofa
The cat scratches a lot on this mat after we hung it up on the sofa. We're going to order more so we can cover several popular spots. It's minimal in design, so it doesn't really interfere with the interior.
The only downside is that the tape didn't stick well to the sofa fabric. We solved this with some double-sided tape (from Clas/Biltema) around the edges. Now the mat stays in place, but it gets a minus for poor adhesion.

Weak adhesive?

Mistake
