Excellent
Bought this post for my two over a year ago and they love it. It's quite tall so they can have a good stretch as they scratch. I expect it to last for years although mine go outdoors a lot so might be different with indoor cats but I don't think so because it's very well made. I don't usually write reviews but I've no problem recommending this product.
Great scratching post
I have one query and this may also apply to other cat owners - I purchase the Coco Palm scratching post for my 3 cats. It is a great product, tall enough for them to get a good stretch and sturdy enough not to fall over. When I replace the scratching posts it is purely because the cats have torn the sisal covering on the post but the cream base is perfect. Would it please be an option to buy a replacement post only? I hate having to throw out the base each time, it is such a waste and not good f

Broken after 8 montha
I purchased this post in April this year.
I discovered it was wobbly the other day and thought that the base needed tightening. However on inspection I discovered that the bottom of the pole was broken and it just fell down. It's like a big cardboard tube and it just broke in two leaving several dangerous staples exposed. I'm very disappointed as my cats liked this post and it's a good length. But 8 months.... ridiculous.

This scratching pole is a great height, easy as pie to assemble and my little 6 month old mega babe kitty absolutely loved it. The design is fun and more than worth the money especially when compared with some other boring poles t other shops. Super happy with this purchase that gives me and my partner no end of laughs watching Lizzie play.

My cats love it and it is still robust after 14 months of hard scratching while other posts have been ripped apart - one is a very tall cat so she can stretch to her full height and the other can climb it and sit on the top.

I don't know what Pucho likes the most...scratching the post or climbing onto the palm and playing with the coconuts!

Perfect- 6kg Cat
As soon as I purchased this cat tree, he went bonkers! He loves the tree, the coconuts, everything. My cat is quite big and it fits him perfectly, in fact it's the first scratch post that has suited his size.
Best scratching post yet!
I bought this as my cat's xmas present and she loved it. She'd occasionally use her smaller scratching post with little enthusiasm but with this one every time she comes in from outside she has a scratch or climbs up to paw at the coconuts. It also looks nice and has got compliments from guests. The pillar requires screwing it to the base, as long as you don't have mobility problems this should be quite easy to assemble.
Overall if you have a cat that likes to do even a litlle scratching chances are they'll love this.

Bought this for my Ragdoll kitten who has rapidly outgrown his first scratch post.
This is the perfect height for him to stretch up against and have a good scratch. As soon as i easily assembled it he was sretching on it. Very happy

Much better than normal, shorter posts
We had a standard height post before this one and our cat clawed the furniture as it was taller and he could stretch more. Since we got this scratching post, he hasn't touched the furniture as it's tall enough for him to completely stretch out on. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this scratch post! Not only is it great for the cats, it is decorative too so doesn't look unsightly. One of my manx cats likes laying on the "beach" under his tree!!! So sweet!!!
Sturdy!
This is the only scratch post our cats have properly used! It is tall enough for them to get a good stretch and very sturdy, plus they play with the hanging balls. Well worth the money

Palm scratching post
This is already the second of the same scratching post in my home. The first one lasted about 4-5 years with two cats. I highly recommend it.
