Started buying kitten Smilla which was wolfed down by both our kitten and 14yr old kitties. The adult version is appreciated just the same. I keep the bowl topped up. Both cats maintain a healthy weight, have shiny coats and are full of energy! Mr 14yr old was prone to vomiting dry foods, this one hasn't affected him in this way. Great value for money. I like the smaller bag option to keep it fresh. Also adored my granny's Bengal/coon cross he helps himself out the bag!

For non-fussy cats
I've been using Smilla Adult Sterilised Poultry for almost 3 years to feed two tomcats and a cat. In general, they don't refuse the food, but they eat it better if I mix it with wet food.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve had an excellent experience with this product, both in terms of quality and its reasonable price. In the bowl, I usually mix at least three types of kibble from different brands. I’ve noticed that my house cats prefer the ones with smaller pieces made for kittens. The outdoor cats aren’t as picky—they’re just grateful to have a better selection offered to them. Both the house cats and the outdoor ones also get wet food (tins), chopped meat, and fresh fish (sardines and anchovies, or mackerel if I find it at the market).
