Royal Canin Light Weight Care - cat dry food

We have had many of the royal canin dry cat foods but this one is the best for their age..It helps keep their weight in line and they have no problems ingesting it. They use to gag and throw up a lot before. We have 3 cats ranging from 12 to almost 17 years old and they are just as peppy now as they were when they were younger. We feel this cat food has help them tremendously through the years...

Good value my pets love it

One of my British Shorthairs likes kibble a little too much and became a little too plump! The vet recommended more controlled feeding but my kitties have been brought up always having kibble to to go if they’re peckish so I tried switching to this first. I have to say she is looking slimmer after a few months and is now as a result participating more in active playing too!! I don’t usually write reviews often but this kibble has really helped and her appetite is controlled better aswell.

I have ten cats. All various ages and size mainly rescue. This food lasts them approx 4-5weeks and I free feed and the bowls are always topped up. The ingredients keep them fuller for longer. It may seem to cost more than lesser brands but your actually saving as they don't feel the need to eat constantly. Their coats are now so shiny and soft, breath smells better, solid poops and all in all they are happy and healthy.

My cat is extremely fussy, so I thought I would try a high quality food like this one, she loves it! Litter box odour has been massively reduced, she has a beautiful soft coat and a lean body. I'm happy this will keep her healthy.

i have 6 cats, and they all love this food! Settles there stomachs and fills them up lovely. Perfect for cats with sensitive stomachs. No horrid litter tray dutys with this! Just stay clear from royal canin indoor....made my cats ill badly!

Some of my cats were carrying excess weight but rather than try to have different food for some and not others I moved them all to Royal Canin Light Cat. They are all very happy to eat it and the overweight ones seem to be gradually reducing in size.

A year ago my cat was weighed as part of her annual health check & jabs. I got told off by the vet as she weighed over 6kgs! I changed over from her usual royal canin to this light one, and have come back from the vets today with a gold star as my cat now weighs 4kg, ideal for her size. She loves this food and it has worked!

All 3 cats like this food and get on well with it. And our fattie has already lost 300g (in 3 weeks). It lives up to the claims!

My cat really likes this food. At the beginning, he weighed 7kg. Royal Canin Light helped him to lose that excess weight. Now he's a lot more active. The kibble is small and easy to digest. I feed him more than the recommended daily amount and he still manages to maintain a weight of 5.6kg.

This food was recommended by the breeder of my two lovely Norwegian forest kittens. They are now nearly six months old, and have been on kitten 36 since moving on from babycat 34. Their coat is so glossy and rich, they are happy, heathly and enthusiastic to eat the product. I have just ordered and received the large 10kg pack.Great product!

This dry cat food is amazing as we give it to our two Bengals as an accompaniment to their wet food. It helps their digestion, reduces their faecal smell and even though one is a four year old, we still give it to her, though she's not a kitten! Sincerely recommend this product.

This cat food is very good and we feed it as another accompaniment to our wet food. The cats love it and it reduces the faecal smell (that's a bonus!) and also helps their digestion because Bengals have sensitive stomachs!

Fussy eater loves this food.

Three of my four cats won't touch this food. The fourth only when she is starving. The point was for them to lose weight but still keep eating something. Lucky me. I bought the big bag.

My cat is very happy with the dry food. He comes running as soon as he hears the bag being opened. He’s been eating it for almost 2 years now.

Bella has been eating this dry food for years and has found a stable weight. There’s also the same food in a wet version, which she also likes. She does get other food too, but these two are her regulars.

My cat's weight went up a bit over the winter due to not moving much, and I didn't even notice at first, but luckily I decided to try this. After just a month, I started to see results, even though she still enjoyed wet food. From now on, I'll use this as her dry food, at least as long as she likes it. We switch up the wet foods. Next winter, maybe I'll try this as a wet food too, if she likes it. Unfortunately, the only wet food she's liked so far is Sheba.
