The cat is scared
I think my cat believes the long fishing rod is a snake, because he keeps his distance and runs away whenever I try to get him interested in it. He doesn’t have this problem with other toys.

The owner has to get involved...
My cats were interested in the teaser, they chased it and had fun, but I actually got it for them to play with in their cat enclosure, where I hung it up. From that moment on, it lost its magic for the little tigers—now it just hangs there in the enclosure. When they're out on the terrace, they're more interested in the birds and what's happening on the street than in a dangling leopard tail :-)
But overall, I rate it positively—if their human holds the teaser, they'll definitely have a good time.

The best toy ever for my cat
