The stick is very flexible and wiggly, and I like that the feathers are attached to a line. My cat loves it.

Not durable any more
This is my 4th time buying this toy for my cats and they really enjoy it but the feathers fall out way too easily. The telescopic pole is very nice because it really gets the cats running around.

Poorer quality since last one
Bought this feather toy as my two cats love jumping and chasing it,my last broke and lost most of its feathers,so decided to get new one,but it's slightly different, than last one. It has plastic clip on the end and even if it works as a toy it's getting tangled all the time..every small moving u end up with feathers on the stick.and tangled string.

Kittens new favourite
Oh my goodness I couldn't even open the package. As soon as she saw it, my kitten was so excited trying to play with it. She instantly knew it was for her and loved it. It's also the easiest toy for me when playing with her. The wand is so long that I barely have to move but she is running everywhere and tiring herself out having a great time. My only concern is the string itself, with most wand toys could be a choking hazard but we put it away when not in use.

My favourite
The extendable handle gives you a wider range of play, even while sitting down, so the Wand doesn’t distract the cat (with shorter rods, sometimes he’d stop hunting the “prey” and start going after the end of the stick instead). The feathers float and fall really nicely – they’re not as sudden as balls and the like. Even though there’s no bell, which usually gets them excited with the sound, I think this is probably my cats’ favourite wand toy.

Basically good, but...
After 5 minutes, the first feather was out—what a pity! A purple one—definitely dyed, which really isn’t necessary, especially since cats tend to put everything in their mouths. I didn’t notice that when I ordered. The rod itself is fine, as far as I can tell after the first play session. You can swing the attached toy quite far. So, mainly because of the low price, it’s okay, but I’ve had better ones before and still do.

Used to be the best toy on the market, sadly not anymore.
I've used these fishing rods for years and they were always the toy that every cat I knew found interesting. I often gave them as gifts to new cat owners because I was so enthusiastic about them. Now, with a new kitten, I bought 3 new rods, but unfortunately the swivel has been replaced with a plastic thing that makes the string twist together after just a few swings through the air, and it takes about a minute to untangle it. Had to buy new swivels at the fishing shop.

I bought the three-piece set hoping my kitten would play with it, and I was surprised: he absolutely loves it. It's his favourite toy ever.
