Very good practical bin
Very easy to use and convenient. I don’t get any smells while using the pin and it’s overall a very good product. I only wish the refill cartridges / cassettes were cheaper and can be bought elsewhere as they’re hard to find. I hope they wil not go out of stock here

Great bucket with minor drawbacks
I've had the bin for 5 years now and I'm quite satisfied. It always works perfectly.
2 suggestions for improvement:
-make the opening a bit bigger
-make the bags wider (they don't fill the bin and are full in no time).

As long as it works, it's easy to use and keeps the smell in fairly well. But it's rubbish that it stops being able to open/close so quickly, making it useless. Money down the drain.

Really convenient and I don’t have to take out the rubbish every day. Some people say it’s hard to find refill cartridges, but they’re sold here on the site 🤷♀️. I took the opportunity to buy a 3-pack of refill cartridges when I bought the bin and I still have 2 packs left. I’ve had the product for almost a month now and so far no problems. The smell stays inside until the bag is full. I also use dog poo bags, which helps with the smell.

Malfunction
After 2 months of use, about 3 times a day, the container started to jam the flaps, leaving the inside exposed and letting out odours. I called customer support and they sent a replacement. I hope this one works properly because it's really useful. There are two adults using the product correctly, and it's not exactly rocket science to operate it. It's a shame it doesn't have a handle to make moving it easier.

Breaks easily
I've had 2 of these. The first one lasted a few years and the second only a few months, but both broke in the same way. The lid stopped working and it won't stay closed, so the smell gets out.

Not practical
Very expensive and just as costly to maintain. What I do is take the bags from my cats’ litter, put the waste in there so it doesn’t smell, close it with a clothes peg, and that way I don’t spend so much money on bins and bags.

OK for this price
Very practical, I've been using it for 3 years now. As long as it's closed, you can't smell anything at all, even though it's full of poo and pee from two cats.
Unfortunately, the lid no longer seals properly and I have to handle it myself somehow to close it.
That's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars and I'm thinking about replacing it with something better quality, that will last longer without giving me headaches.

Actually pretty good, it contains odours when everything works.
We ordered two. With both, we had problems with the lid and flap mechanism after a short time. Really annoying, because then it starts to smell again and is just a pain... we'll be ordering a different brand.
