Such a pity..
We bought the shovel hoping it would be extra sturdy because of the material – for those really stubborn clumps of litter. But the shovel broke completely apart on the very first use, just on a normal little clump. The handle is attached to the shovel so poorly... The two tiny weld spots connecting the shovel and the handle are honestly more of a bad joke than any sign of stability.

Barely lasts 2 weeks
I was honestly really happy to have found a shovel that seemed sturdy, and the metal makes it super easy to clean. No digging in like with the plastic shovels. Unfortunately, it only lasted two weeks. The joint between the handle and the shovel is just welded with a small plate, which bends easily and eventually just broke off. So the shovel and €9 went straight in the bin, because there’s no way to fix it.
Definitely never again.

The shovel part comes off
The cats pee on the bottom of the litter box, so I bought this to be able to scrape the pee off the bottom, since the plastic ones couldn't handle it and always broke. However, this one broke after just a couple of weeks, with the scoop part coming off the handle. The plastic ones, on the other hand, lasted for months before cracking.

One star too many
The third scoop broke apart at the welds on the second day. Unfortunately, I have no way to drill holes in the scoop, otherwise I would have riveted it and it would have been great – then it would be a fantastic scoop. As it is, though, it's just overpriced rubbish from Trixie.

Scrapes poorly, sharp and too big
It's way too sharp around the edges and scrapes the inside of the toilet, but it doesn't scrape well because it gets stuck at the bottom. It's also way too big, which makes it hard to empty a toilet that has a lid.
