Unfortunately, I had to return this litter box. When it arrived, the plastic was noticeably warped, which made it feel poor in quality and quite disappointing overall. It is also much narrower in real life than it appears in the photos. The images are quite misleading, as the product does not look the same in reality. In my opinion, it doesn’t fulfil its purpose, mainly due to the build quality and size. On a positive note, the refund process was very quick and smooth, which I really appreciate.

The handles make it easy to manoeuvre with 1 hand which is helpful when cleaning/emptying. The high side walls help keep litter in, but the cats can still see out, and the low entry would be more helpful if our kittens had the sense to use it consistently (they often jump out the high end, scattering litter). You also need less litter for a good depth because of the curved design. Finally, the scoop is my favourite of the 3 scoops we own. Clumps don't stick to it as much and the size is right.

Both my cats took to it straight away, one litter-ally within 10 minutes of it arriving. I’ve three kinds of litter box now and this is easily the most popular with the cats, while also being one of the less expensive ones. It looks quite nice to the humans too, and the high sides keep the litter in the box and make it fairly easy to maintain.

Absolutely satisfied with this product! It looks fancy and easy cleanable! Fantastic quality! My kitten loves it! Highly recommend!
