Doesn't clump well
The litter is very dark and coarse. It doesn't clump well and is very difficult to clean.

It's alright, but could be better
The product itself doesn't have a noticeable smell, and the odour when used is average. You have to clean it more than once every 24 hours, otherwise it starts to stink. I didn't have any dust at all, and even though it's quite light, it doesn't get tracked too far from the litter box. However, I'm not happy with the clumping. The clumps are fairly solid, but they're not completely dry, which makes them harder to remove. I won't be switching to this product.

too much dust
I really liked the idea of recycled paper, because it's better for the environment. Unfortunately, my cat started sneezing halfway through the bag. After I switched to corn litter, the sneezing stopped immediately.
The cat litter also doesn't have a pleasant smell and the clumps sometimes fall apart when scooping.
Unfortunately, I have to throw away half the bag. It's a great sustainable idea, but sadly not suitable for my cat.

Good quality and value for money
I took a chance and bought the big pack, and I'm really glad I did. I used to use Cat's Best smart pellets, but my cat didn't seem to like the big pellets, so I tried Cat's Best sensitive, but he had an allergic reaction to that. Joe's Cat is similar to Cat's Best original, but better because it tracks less, uses recycled paper, and is cheaper! It doesn't smell and only gives off a little dust when I pour it, which is important for me as an asthmatic.

Best paper product so far…
... but unfortunately it's not dust-free, though it clumps really well. KatZ I bought it because of my asthmatic cat and had to realise that it produces too much dust, so as the only litter it doesn't work for our needs. Over time, I've come up with a mix using corn litter that even convinced my husband, who's a bentonite fan. The bin collectors are happy too, since we've had less weight in the bin since switching to plant-based litter.

Works perfectly BUT not suitable for automatic litter boxes (NEKASA)
The cat litter works well and clumps nicely. However, probably because it’s quite light, it doesn’t work well with the NEKASA automatic litter box. No visible dust, and the cats didn’t have any issues with it either.
