Really nice, I love that the slots are adjustable so it always works well no matter what litter I use. The material it's made from is very good quality. I struggled with my previous scoop and luckily it broke. It would be a 5, but the scoop doesn't do what the manufacturer promises – I had to remove the flap because it didn't open high enough.

I highly recommend this product, I already have two and it picks up the litter perfectly.
