This carrier is amazing! The space is very spacious, and my cat loves it. It took me about half an hour to assemble, but the door is a bit tricky to close. Overall, it’s very good:)

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the carrier 😞 I bought it because it had positive reviews, but when I received it and started putting it together, I realised it's not safe at all for animals. The material/plastic is thin, and when you attach the clips on the sides, they unfortunately don't hold well; as for the grills, both on the roof and the side, they're very loose, especially the one on the side, which easily slips out of the small locks. I wouldn't dare put my cat in it and head off, as the carrier could collapse. Returning it!

The box is nice and spacious, and size L is supposedly able to carry up to 12 kilos. However, it’s made of very lightweight, unstable material and with our 8 kilo cat, it already bent and stretched so much that I definitely can’t confirm that claim. While carrying it, the (firmly closed) side flaps and the front door loosened several times, which could have been extremely dangerous. The information needs to be urgently updated and the product should be checked again.

I received the carrier for my cat. The size is good, but unfortunately the design is very impractical because once assembled, the top and bottom parts can’t be opened anymore. This means the vet can only take the cat out from above, instead of – like with my old carrier – being able to remove the entire top part. For anxious cats, this causes extra stress.

Got the size L (60x40) for a Scottish. I added a piece of Vetbed Gold for extra comfort during transport. Just a bit too heavy to carry by the handle if the cat is inside (for me)...

How can such a simple product have so many plastic parts that you have to assemble yourself? It’s difficult, the pieces are unstable. It’s especially hard to snap them in, especially the handle at the top. Terrible idea.
