TIAKI Automatic Feeder

Honestly, the feeder works perfectly and it is so practical when I was traveling and when I have to work. You can set up to 6 portions, choose the size, and schedule the time. My cats are happy and so am I. Would recommend. I’m pretty sure the person who gave it 3 stars simply fought the timer and lost.

Not to happy as the feeder isn't giving right portions as always missing 1 in the morning or evening. Would not recommend this product.

It's easy enough to use, but it doesn't go off half the time. So we have no idea when our cat actually gets fed. Luckily, it's easy for us to trigger it manually, but that's still not okay. At the very least, you'd expect an AUTOMATIC feeder to work automatically. Don't buy it.

The first few weeks the device worked perfectly, but since then it’s been a disaster. It regularly dispenses way too small a portion (sometimes just a few kibbles), only to drop a whole waterfall of kibbles at the next feeding time. Sometimes it doesn’t dispense any kibbles at all or the mechanism gets jammed. Because of this, I constantly have to check the bowl to see if everything went right. Not a product to be proud of.

We previously used the same automatic feeder with two bowls and it worked perfectly. Now I bought the single bowl model and it makes strange rattling noises, sometimes no food comes out at all, so it's really unreliable. I've only used it since yesterday. I just contacted customer service, so hopefully it's just a faulty unit and a new one will work as it should.

This is pretty much useless. It dispenses the food incorrectly, which results in tiny meals for the cat. I complained and got it replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, it’s just as bad.

We have been using the TIAKI Feeder 3l for a few weeks now and are very satisfied. Setting up the feeding times and portions is super easy. We bought the feeder so our cat could get several small meals throughout the day… since we got it, he’s a bit calmer and more balanced. Our cat took to the device right away, since it’s also very quiet. The smallest meal portion is about 5g.

Worked great at first, but after just over a month it suddenly started skipping meals or giving the wrong portion sizes for no reason. At first, we didn’t understand why our cat seemed so fussy and hungry until we started keeping an eye on the machine.

Easy to set up, parts can be detached and are easy to clean when needed. Plus, you can add batteries to make sure it keeps working. The cat is happy too.

The controls and the keyboard on the machine are so tiny and way too complicated for me. I regret buying it.
