It's a lottery
I've previously bought this same bowl and I liked it so much that bought a second one. Unfortunately the latter chipped on its FIRST wash in the dishwasher. It also came with some sort of visible bubble under the glazing. Very cheap ceramic. I've bought about a dozen of Trixie bowls of all shapes, they're generally good but I wasn't lucky with two of them.

Good product, chips easily in dishwasher
The product is good, and my cats like eating from it. The height and angle are good. I bought four of these, as I have four cats. I put all bowls in the dishwasher, and every one of them have chipped in multiple places around the rim making them unsafe for continued use. It's a pity, as I really liked them, amd only had them for a few months. I have had other cat food bowls for 6+ years without an issue..

Tidy and easy to clean
I use two small white ones for wet food and the XL grey for water. Much tidier floor space now, easier to maintain. Sometimes have to scrape food back to centre so arthur can lick it up, but all considered, a good addition.

Fantastic for my cat
My kitten always pushed the food out of the bowl and I had to clean it up. I’ve already bought one of those bowls in my local pet shop and it’s amazing. I’m ordering right away two more in case mine breaks. No more cat food on the floor.

We love it.
Comfortable for the cats, simple design, not flashy. The tilted shape is great, so they don't dig out the dry food, as the leftovers always slide to the middle. Only a tiny chip appeared on one of the two bowls after about 1.5-2 years.

Comfortable, but it chips

Poor quality
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. After only four or five uses, the rim of the ceramic bowl has already completely chipped off. That really shouldn't happen with a product that's meant for everyday use.

Reliable
I'm ordering a second one because the first got chipped – my husband dropped it in the sink while washing up. It's impossible for the ceramic not to chip after something like that, but that's no reason to say the product is poor quality. I mash food in this bowl with a fork for my 19-year-old cat, crush tablets in it, and nothing happens to it. It's easier for my kitty to eat, and she has no trouble finishing her food, unlike with, for example, metal bowls. I recommend it.
