The pump operates silently, so you only hear the gentle trickling of water. I clean it regularly as instructed, and it's easy to use.

Unfortunately, the hose adapter is still not included with the replacement pump. I would really like to see that. However, the pump itself has improved compared to a few years ago. There are now fewer small gaps and recesses where deposits can build up, making cleaning much easier. The impeller is also easier to remove. Overall 👍

Bought it 3 years ago, was a bit sceptical because of some reviews... but never had any problems! Just need to refill and clean it now and then (also the turbine inside the pump, the little flap on the intake can be removed). The cats love it and actually don’t want to drink without it anymore.

Be careful what you order! I got tricked by the accessories.

Unfortunately, the pump breaks down often. I've already bought it new three times, and now it's broken again after a short time. I won't buy it again!

I've now ordered a replacement pump again. Hopefully this one will last longer
