Very pretty and durable
Great quality, it looks very stylish and lights up beautifully in the evening. Our kitty, who had stopped drinking, started using it and now drinks regularly—it's really a big plus, as other fountains we tried didn't work. After a "near-death experience" with the vacuum cleaner as a kitten (🤭), our now 12-year-old cat initially wouldn’t go anywhere near the drinking fountain. The cats were hesitant to start using it. Since then, one of them will only drink from this, while the other prefers to avoid it. The fountain itself is useful because it really does circulate the water nicely, keeping it "clean and fresh". Unfortunately, the interior design is completely thoughtless. The inner ribbing, the bulge for the cable, and the plexiglass part imitating the nose and whiskers all start to get algae very quickly, and the filter system can't do anything about it. Overall, we are satisfied with the fountain.
We've had it for about 6 months now and clean it once a week. It runs reliably. Our outdoor cats like to drink from it every now and then, especially now during the hot days. Cleaning would be a bit easier if the cable/pump could be detached (more) easily. The cable could also be a few centimetres longer; for us, it's just barely long enough.
