I've already bought several products from Canadian Cat, and the Fort lives up to the great quality of their items. It's easy to assemble and, most importantly, there's no chemical smell. The cats started exploring it while I was still putting it together and now use it every day to lounge and play. Often, all three of them are spread out on different levels. Just one small suggestion for improvement: we've now anchored the Fort to the wall, as our cats like to run up the outside when they're playing wildly. We felt it was a bit risky in terms of tipping over.
