My cat is eating it for now, but I have to add some water. I’ll see later if he keeps eating it or leaves it aside a bit. I know I tried the chunks in sauce version at the vet’s, but I couldn’t find it this time. Anyway, I do recommend it. So far I’m happy, I just hope it works well.

Back when the wet food came in cans (the square ones), my cat used to eat it with pleasure—the food was oily and very soft, almost like modelling clay. I would even mash it through a sieve... But ever since they started selling it in pouches, my cat eats it reluctantly, she just doesn’t like it. I also think the recipe has changed, because it no longer has that oily texture. Now it’s drier, and instead of the oily liquid, some kind of broth comes out, even though the food itself is quite dry... In short, they’ve changed something and my cat doesn’t like it anymore.

These sachets are a bit dry, so I add a couple of tablespoons of warm water, mix it up, and my cat eats it happily. My cat is quite picky with wet food, but luckily she loves this one.
