My cat loves it !

My baby is 12 years old and until this pate from specific, he was really difficult and wouldnt eat wet food, only kibble !

Strong smell my cat likes it.

My cat is fussy and I find it best when feeding renal to give them variety so I buy more than one type. Some work some don’t. Some work some of the time but I find the best success through variety. However, this is one of the ‘likes’ and I think it’s because it has a strong fishy smell. Not so great for me but he likes it. Decent sized tin of pate.

Phenomenal

I've spent a fortune on tins trying to get my cat to eat. Now she's just starting to have kidney problems at 6 years old and has stopped eating dry food. She's very fussy with her food and after trying loads of well-known brands and others, she'll actually eat these tins. It's such a relief. It's a pâté style but it's easy to mash up so they can eat it better. If your cat is also picky about the texture of tinned food, I recommend this one.

I recommend it

The vet recommended it to me along with the Specific kibble. My cat really likes it, and her bloodwork is excellent at 15 years old. The other three cats want the kibble too, but I just give it to them as a treat.

My cat loves it.

I have a Persian cat who's really picky with food and only eats pâté texture, and he loves this brand. Even though it's renal, it looks very juicy.

The lifesaver food for emergencies

My 22-year-old kitty, who’s blind after a stroke and has kidney failure and high blood pressure, sometimes has episodes where she refuses to eat and gets very weak. This is the only wet food she’ll accept during those times. I give her just a little, bit by bit, with a spoon, until she gets her strength back and her appetite returns, usually for a day or two. Then she refuses it again and goes back to her normal food. The only downside is that the pâté turns dark quickly once opened.
