Mac’s kitten
I got Mac’s kitten as the ingredients were excellent, it smells really nice and my cat enjoyed it at first but after some time he’s decided not eat it any more.

Quality significantly decreased
My cats used to love this food. Then a new batch was delivered, the food looked completely different. My cats ate it and got really sick (diarrhea, nauseous, lethargic and refused to eat anything for 2 days after this). I emailed the producer and they claimed that they tested the batch and its fine but I saw a number of other reports saying that cats were getting sick after this food suddenly.

What happened?
I used to buy MAC's with Beef and my cat loved it! But last two months the meat in the cans is gray, smelly, lots of fat in it. From best wet food, MAC's turn in to the worst s***e ever. What happened?

I fed this food to my cat for over two years, but for the past year it's been a disaster. Different batches kept coming, and my cat doesn't want to eat it anymore, it smells bad and clumps weirdly. It used to have a pâté-like texture, now I don't even know what it is—it looks like ground-up bones. It's a shame it went downhill. I'm finally switching to another brand because there's no point in struggling anymore.

The cat loves it
We haven’t managed to try all the varieties in the pack yet, but so far the experience has been really good. Just to give you an idea, the cat couldn’t wait for me to open the tin and put the food out, meowing non-stop in the background. Since the tin is quite big, I only give her half, which is still plenty. I have to say, within half an hour there was barely any food left except around the edges of the bowl. With other tins, it used to take a few hours before you could see the bottom of the bowl.

I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or if it was stored somewhere improperly. I buy several different sets and sometimes the cats can be picky, but this time all of them clearly said it’s not fit to eat.
