Since the recipe changed, it won't eat it anymore
There must have been an unannounced recipe change, because strangely enough, my cat eats all the old packets with a best-before date before 31/07/2028, but won’t touch anything produced after that. She only eats Kattovit, and now we’re stuck with about €150 worth of food in various flavours that she won’t eat. The packaging has been saying 'new improved recipe' for years now, too.

Our 13-year-old senior cat liked this. The vet recommended trying hydrolysed food for IBS/intestinal inflammation, but it didn’t taste good at all. Luckily, I tried this 🙏🏻. It tastes good and so far, there hasn’t been any vomiting. Our so-called healthy cat also likes it, which makes everyday life easier. Hopefully, production won’t stop or the recipe won’t change. The previous IBS flare-up was triggered by a sudden change in diet like this.

My picky cat used to love the Kattovit pouches – it was a food she always accepted and tolerated well.
