Poorly designed game, badly made. The drawers only slide out to a certain point, with an internal divider to allow for the vertical bar, but the drawers can’t be fully removed and don’t open wide enough, making cleaning impossible. After opening them, my parrot can’t get the reward because the box is too narrow due to the internal divider. The pull buttons came off after just 10 minutes of frustration. Terrible quality—stay away and give me my money back.

The product has dangerously sharp edges where a parrot could get cut! I don’t understand how they can even sell this, I’m returning it. I’d be glad if they pulled it from sale. This makes me distrustful of other products from this brand too.
