We recently took in a covey of quail who had been raised on regular layers Pellets for chickens. I wanted a breed specific feed & Liked the ingredients of this one - So far so good! Im ordering the 15kg bag next

Personally, my quails didn’t like it. The composition seems very good to me, but maybe the pellets are too big and/or not very appetising. It’s a shame, it’s hard to find specialised food for quails and turkeys.

My quails are happy with the product and lay plenty of eggs. I supplement with dried mealworms.
