As a first experience, I wasn't satisfied because I received a cage with a broken tray at the corners, so I couldn't use it. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new product, since the tray alone wasn't available. Above all, the people are true professionals. Now my budgies have a huge, beautiful cage with all the accessories, and they're really enjoying it. I now trust Zooplus completely. 🥰
