Day 2 of testing this food with my Dobermann
I have a 16month old Serbian Dobermann. He has a very funny tummy. When I purchased him he was on "Pedigree" and was not in very good condition. I then placed him on "James Well Beloved' he started putting on weight but never had a Normal stool on JWB. I then switched to a Raw diet and he lost 4kg in a few weeks, he was very picky with the food and was just eating it for the sake of it! Scary. I have then just purchased Royal Canin Maxi Adult and the minute I put the food down it was gone in a second! He loves it! I will update in a few weeks time :)

Weimaraner
My Weimaraner thrives on this food, tried one or two others but have always found this the best, better behaved, less poo and shiny coat and the bowl always eaten with enthusiasm. Found delivery and price excellent too
Excellent all rounder
My Labrador Rosie is now 2 years old, she has been fed Royal Canin puppy and then adult dog food since she was weaned, she has a glossy coat, boundless energy and is in excellent health. I would not consider changing her food under any circumstances.
What a difference!
Having tried a number of cheaper dog foods this was recommended for my two ridgebacks and I've not looked back since. Their coats are glossy, they're bright and alert are just thriving on it. More noticeably though is that their stools are not only firmer but considerably smaller which shows just how much is being absorbed. Yes it's more expensive but this site is the cheapest I've found it and will be returning time and time again I'm sure.

Superb food for GSD
Ok so I research until I'm comfortable that the four legged family member is getting the best for the price. I have tried all the so called top end foods and can say with certainty that this is the only one which gives consistent results in my dog! I would gladly spend the sometimes unbelievable prices for dog food if I thought it was doing any good, but believe me when you pay a small fortune and then have a dog who has the runs after a mere few handfuls of food is not much fun. And the rations on these top end foods leave a lot to be desired. To me Royal canin is for anyone who has a GSD and is struggling with digestion issues etc, overall my dog is a picture of health, shiny coat, lovely temperament and no eye/teeth issues etc, now this in part to getting her from a great and respected breeder, but the food plays a massive role in her wellbeing.
The only other food option better would be RAW, and I refuse to feed that for many reasons inc salmonella around the house and grounds!
Royal Canin from me is 9/10, it would get 10 but I feel they should just have a little bit more transparency in their meat processing etc but hey can't have it all
Oh and btw in my opinion dogs are not wolves and even the German shepherd has adapted and been domesticated to eat other items than meat!
Zoo plus do 10/10 from me in terms of service and delivery

Testing this product
We are trying this food for the following reasons: our puppy picks at the current food we give her (normal brand from a supermarket) and then can be really frantic and tbh mental at times knocking the kids over, it's like she's got ADHD. She is pooing still around 6 times a day!! Plus she is often doing loose poos. This is a pita and I've checked every other possible cause and I can only guess it's the food. She smells within a few hours of being bathed and moults like crazy. Her coat looks ok but it's not shiny. Today is day 1, I was surprised how little she is supposed to eat and just gave her her half portion for tea. Well I have never seen her eat ANYTHING so fast. I will post again in a fortnight to update the situation on all of the above.

Two cocker spaniels
Both love this food and as cockers can sometimes have delicate stomachs I'm pleased to say this has not been a problem with either. Empty bowls every time. Healthy, active and happy dogs.
Royal Canin Adult superb value
Fantastic value for money, wouldn't shop anywhere else would certainly recommend..from my dog being a puppy and always purchased from this site...you couldn't get cheaper from anywhere.

Did the trick
I've got a 2.5 year old Hungarian Wiredhaired Vizsla, who was losing weight just after a year, though he always had looser stools in this initial puppy year. In hindsight I think this was down to him being given snacks as treats, especially rawhhide ones; maybe I was overloading his tummy. I then had enzyme tests run on him to the tune of over £1000 at the vets and given a hypoallergenic food which worked and stabilised him but which cost £80 a 15kg bag. Allhis tests came back OK but I discovered he was on the lower end of a scale but within range for digestive sensitivities. I then tried a sensitive version of this Royal Canin there was no success then inadvertently ordered the normal one. This sorted him out and hes gained weight to a lovely 32kg dog with no more ribs showing. I would definitely recommend this product.

Sudden delight!
My GSD has been on this for 2yrs now and I have tried other foods mixed in but he always comes back to this food. He is 3 now and I think he will be on it for a long time yet.. Loves it

Empty bowl every time
My dogs love their food and although they are large dogs don't produce large poos so this is presumably high quality food without too much filler. I wish I'd placed my latest order while this promotion is on as they'd have enjoyed the hedgehog squeaky balls.

royal canin
My Doberman loves eating this stuff. We've tried other foods but they gave him stomach ache. This is the best food we've bought, so we're sticking with it.
Excellent product
I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
My Old English Sheepdog had digestion and bad tummy problems as a pup and we tried all sorts of "natural" and high quality foods to try to find one that he would settle on to no avail.
The vet put him on the "vet sensitive" Royal Canin for a few months and then after this period we decided to try a "normal" variety that was available in pet shops etc. We chose the "Maxi Junior" variety purely by chance and then when he reached 15 months switched on to this variety and would never look back.
He absolutely loves it, booth as a meal and as treats.
His digestion and tummy are both excellent, he is full of energy and in tip top condition.
This is a great product and I suggest that you definitely give it a go!

Best food
My Labrador does very well with this food, we're very happy with it.
Brilliant food!
My dog just loves this food. (No need to mix it in with wet food like with other foods in the past!). His coat has become really lovely, and the "output" is not too much, and a good consistency ;-) His hair is shinier, and he doesn't shed as much now, which was a real problem before. My dog happily eats a whole bowl of this, he loves it! Thumbs up from us for Royal Canin!
