As a breeder I have bought these ears for years from Zooplus. They were a reasonable cost of around £20 for100 ears. I used to recommend the site to the new puppy owners also. This won't be happening anymore. The ears go out of stock and then, each time, come back considerably more expensive. They are now triple the price of a few years ago! Madness. Certainly no longer worth the money. A real shame but this price increase means I will look elsewhere for all my pet needs..

last time the quality and appearance of the product was very poor

I've ordered several times before and never had any problems, but this last bag is really dangerous. There are some ears that are the usual size (15 to 20cm), but also some that are 'ox ears' less than 2.5cm. Sure, the packet says there are different sizes, but this is really over the top and very dangerous for a husky or a labrador. So excuse me for not having small dogs.

The package contained 10 "ears", which is fine. However, I was quite unpleasantly surprised that some of them were the size of two or three matchboxes. There were 3 quite nice and large ears, 2 smaller ones, and unfortunately the rest were downright poor.

I just opened a pack of 200 Rocco beef ears and, to my surprise, some of the ears are no bigger than 2cm by 2.5cm. Given the price, I'm really disappointed because they used to be a really good size. It's a shame you can't upload a photo.

Very disappointed with this product. It doesn't match the description at all. Three quarters of the bag of 100 aren't even cow ears—they're more like pig ear size or even smaller (just little pieces), not the cartilage from the lobe, and they're see-through. My dog sniffed them for ages before finally eating a tiny bit, whereas with another brand I bought from a different site, he absolutely loves them. But since I was ordering Hill's kibble, I bought everything at once. This is the last time I'll order this product.

I used to order bags six at a time, she loved them, but the last batch was greasy and smelled stale. I'll order one more bag just in case it was a one-off, but if not, I won't order again.

The German Shepherds I bought this product for aren't interested in it at all. They even ate the rabbit ears with fur, which I was hesitant about, but in the end, the dogs ate them. But they won't touch these beef ears. Maybe because they look like a thin piece of leather, maybe they're too processed, I have no idea, but the point is, they just don't want them.

I am not happy with this product. In fact, these aren't whole ears but just pieces of ears. And of course, the ear lobe is missing. The quality is really very poor. I wanted to give it a try since I used to get them elsewhere before, but even if it's a bit more expensive, the ear is whole and very large with the ear lobe. I won't be buying here again. My dogs sniffed them for a long time before they started eating them.

I've been ordering these bags for years and have always been satisfied. Have the cows gotten so small that the ears are tiny now? I hope something is done about this, otherwise I'll have to order from another company.

I agree with many of the other comments. I received my delivery today and I couldn’t believe it—the bags were only half full. In the future, I’ll be buying the ears elsewhere.

It’s gone white, smells really bad and rancid, the dogs won’t even eat it. It’s not usually like this. For this amount of money, they could send something decent.

Not worth the price. I had a subscription, but since the ears keep getting smaller and the price is for 10 pieces, it’s really noticeable that only 2-3 ears are actually a normal size. At a pet shop in my town, you can get a huge bag of massive cow ears—bigger than my slippers—for €9.90. From now on, I’ll only buy cow ears there. Subscription is cancelled.

The bag is practically empty... you pay per piece but out of 1 or 2 big ears, the rest are tiny (as small as rabbit ears). Instead of charging per piece, they should charge by weight!

I don’t know why, they used to be big and now they’re so small, plus they come half full and cost the same. My dog loves them, but of course, with how tiny they are now, they’re gone in a flash because they don’t last at all. If they stay this small, this will be my last order.
