Less quality for the same price
I've been feeding my cats Purizon grain-free for years. Even my picky lady cat used to really enjoy it. Now, it seems they've changed the recipe. The pieces are lighter in colour and more crumbly. You get more crumbs than actual pieces in the bag. My cats haven't had diarrhoea since, but their stools aren't firm anymore. They've also left out the resealable closure. I'll be switching to another product. It's a shame that loyal customers are being taken for a ride like this.

They changed the packaging
They changed the packaging and it no longer has a zip-lock closure. There's only a heat seal now, which you can only cut open. Big downside, because now the food will go stale before the cats finish it. I managed with some power tape, but the user experience is rubbish.

I've been feeding this food since Purizon first came out. My Maine Coons used to absolutely love this variety for years. Yes, the handy zip closure is gone now. That really was practical and unique. Such a pity! But now, with the new 6.5kg delivery, not a single one of my cats will touch it. DISASTER! What on earth happened? Why change something that worked so well, to the point that nobody will eat it anymore? So now what? From favourite food to something that's completely rejected.

Kibble is much smaller (which encourages gobbling) and the bag doesn't have a resealable system (not great for keeping it fresh or for the smell)... It's a shame. Same issue as mentioned in previous reviews since July.
I'll have to see what effect it has on my cat's stools and coat quality.
I'm going to look into changing brands again after Wild Freedom and Purizon, for the same reasons...

I've been giving these kibbles to my 3 cats for years. In early 2025, I received a batch without a zip closure (which is ridiculous for a 6.5kg bag) and the kibbles were small, yellow, and dry. All 3 of my cats had terrible diarrhoea. I made a complaint to Zooplus, who make this brand, and they assured me nothing had changed. If it had only happened once, fine. But it happened again with every new order. No consistency in the formula. Purizon is finished for me.

I’d been feeding my 9 cats this variety for years and everything was great.
