does what it says
Ive considered buying a FURminator for ages and spent pounds on useless cat brushes. Just bought one glad I did wish Id got it sooner. Excellent product really works just as the photos show . BUY ONE
Very good
It does the job of removing the hairs on our (short hair) cat very well so is 5 stars for that but it does need two hands to remove those hairs from the brush despite its release button so that leaves the cat free to roam off at each emptying unless you have a glamorous assistant to help you (or your cat decides to remain). It is possibly a little expensive but that is subjective.

Brilliant!!
Never bother leaving reviews but this is wonderful!! My cat sheds sooooooo much and the house gets covered top to bottom in fluff! But this removed so much of the loose hair. Couldn't believe it.
Needed treats to let me groom her at first as she not used to it. But no objection once the dreamies came out!!
Well worth the extra spend.

Video Review
We love this product as not only has it saved our house form a lot of furry mess, but also improves the health of our cat by reducing the hair balls and vomitting. Noticable difference. We reviewed this product on our youtube channel here: https://youtu.be/asFGpxx67KQ

Errr why didn't I buy this sooner!?
Always one for a bargain...bought when half price. Would of happily paid full price. Used once so far...speechless at amount of fur it removed. I have a huge 7.2KG Seal Tabby Mitted Ragdoll whom is mostly cream...and my little LHD who is jet black. Fur has always been an issue...I doubt it will be with this brush. Does what it says on the tin. Both Albus and Bella purr happily when being brushed with it (they are both tarts who love being brushed and even tolerate claws being clipped)...Albus even grabbing at it with his paw when I stopped...nice weight to it...button to push hair out a bit sticky but it's new so will probably become better with use. Does make some fur fly away. Had to hoover up after...I did put fur into a bag once ejected from brush but didn't stop all of it. My only wish? I had bought it sooner! Wouldn't want to brush in one spot for too long as crazy amount comes out...bald cat anyone!? Brilliant brush. Brilliant price. Very happy.

my cats love it
I have recently turned my young two in/outdoor cats into 100% indoor cats and needed something to help keep my home from turning into one giant furball. I went with the good reviews here and glad i did. It removes lots of loose fur with a gentle stroke and they love the sensation so purr away happily while i do it. thumbs up!!
Worth the money!
I wish I bought this sooner. It first came to my attention a few months ago and I was impressed with the reviews but couldn't justify spending the money on it. Recently the cats been shedding a lot and my husband been losing patience with the white cat hair all over his black work uniform so I decided it's worth the money if it stops him complaining 😁. So far I've only used it once on my cat but I'm totally impressed already. Couldn't believe the amount of hair it removed and his coat looks amazing!
fantastic
I was a bit dubious about spending this amount on a brush but can't recommend this highly enough. I have 2 cats that shed so much hair i couldn't hoover up enough but this little magic brush gets huge piles of fur out in a matter of minutes and the cats love it!

I have used this product on Yogi and although he doesn't enjoy it works very well!!
It is very good for his tail too! I have found since I have been using it he hairballs less and there is less fur everywhere!

Amazing!
Had already groomed Pushkin using usual wire brush this morning and got nothing. He's a Russian blue and has a difficult double coat. Furminator arrived this afternoon and got a whole ball out. And what's more, whereas he usually hates being brushed and tries to eat the comb, he absolutely loved it. Rolled over like he was being massaged! No idea what the cheaper versions are like but definitely recommend this one.

Excellent piece of equipment
I will echo another reviewer who said they had avoided getting the furminator because it seemed a bit pricey. More expensive than an ordinary pet comb it may be but it's no ordinary comb. I've have just used it for the first time on my two Birmans and I was amazed at the quantity of fur that came away. I really feel it shows almost immediately, that is their coat looks to lay smoother and I should imagine once they've been throughly combed all over it will be much easier to keep on top of their grooming. Hoping for less hair balls in them and the vacuum cleaner in future.

Efficient & effective
I have two semi-long hairs and who shed and chase each other and play (and fight) a lot which normally results in a flurry of fur everywhere – normally it starts accumulating straight after I’ve hoovered. Just brushing them with this once a week has made a huge difference to the amount of fur everywhere. I think you really have to see it to believe it but the amount of fur I got off them after a quick brush was shocking - it would have taken me much, much longer to get that amount with their usual brushes. They both love being brushed and enjoy being groomed with this tool too, which did surprise me a bit because it seems pretty heavy duty. I bought this at half price and I’m not sure I would have bought it at full price but now I can totally see why it’s pricey and I think if you have the money it is worth it. My cats love it, it’s efficient, effective, their coats look beautiful and no more hairballs (I have been feeding James Wellbeloved adult hairball too and have seen a massive improvement in the hairball situation – all round happy cats).

Excellent product
I don't normally leave reviews. But I received this product today, used it for about twenty minutes and was amazed how much fur came out from the undercoat. I've noticed since I've used it that my cat grooming less, no hair on my clothes when she wants a cuddle and her fur is glowing. Absolutely fantastic product. Strongly recommend.

Excellent
Great little gadget, fully worth the price! Incredible how much fur comes off that would otherwise be shed onto sheets, sofas etc!
Unbelievably good!
Despite the good things I'd heard /read about this product, I didn't think it would be worth the money. It certainly is! Could not believe the amount of fur that came out on the first use. Amazing. And 3 out of my 4 love being groomed with it!

Fantastic fur eliminator!
From the first time I used this I could not believe how much fur it removed - and that all that fur previously was on my clothes, furniture and in my poor cats stomachs - that's the most important part for me - that they will not be ingesting all that. Fantastic product and they are both quite happy having it done. Already don't know how I did without it and have only had it for a few hours! Thanks for introducing me to it.

Can not recommend enough
This is a fantastic product, the amount of excess fur it removes has to be seen to be believed. My two Ragdolls are suffering alot less with hair balls since I started using the FURminator. I am so glad I spent the extra money on the FURminator.

WoW definitely recommend it !!
I recommended this to a friend recently and he bought one for themselves and me behind my back. I have 2 semi longhaired Ragdoll cats and I have to say, It's Brilliant! As soon as it was delivered and I got over the shock of the surprise I was combing my babies, they loved it, I Loved it and it did a super job in double quick time... Their fur looks even better than it did before I used the FURminator on them... :) I will be recommending this to other friends as they really are worth the money and work as promised.. Thank you so much for selling a product that does what it says on the package... Can I just add that the one for short haired cats works just perfectly on my Ragdolls so will work on anay semi long haired cats...

Fantastic.
This is brilliant. I have 13 year old Norwegian Forest and the last few winters she's been developing deep knots in her fur. THIS actually moves them - I'm delighted.

Hair'll be back (groan)
My cat & I are loving the FURminator! She's a short hair tortie, mostly indoor cat & she's been suffering a bit recently. She doesn't seem to be able to shift the hairball, so we've increased her lax a past and stepped up the grooming. She is loving the extra attention & I can't believe how much more hair this gets out over the usual flea comb. Well worth the money, highly recommended for all cats that love being brushed.
