Pity about the ladder...My 3 month old kitten loves her tree - but unfortunately - the ladder has come away after what has only been a month and will not attach back on to the tree - from reading the other reviews -this does not appear to be an isolated problem. Other than this, the tree is of good quality for the price but would be much better if the ladder attachments were of better quality because even when the ladder was "attached", the attachments were quite sharp and pointed. If it wasn't for the ladder (which was one of the main selling points to me), I would be giving this tree 5 stars

Brilliant for adult cats and kittensI have two adult cats and they love this, plenty of room to snooze and the sisal posts are tall enough for them to have a good stretch and scratch. Kittens would love the ladder and the sleeping space. My advice would to be mount the "nest" on the other side so they can play with the ball from underneath. The nest is quite small too, and my smallest cat almost falls out but she loves curling up in it. Also, If you can screw it to the floor, do so to make it less wobbly when large cats jump onto it.

My sofa is no longer a scratch post!!!Me, my partner and most importantly our kitten loves this product. Whenever we are unsure where she is in the house, we find her asleep on the top bed section of the cat tree! Right from constructing it, she was eager to scratch the posts and she does so everyday (saving our poor sofa from the same treatment)! We have had the product for almost six months, and my partner and I agree that this is the best investment we’ve made for a long time (apart from the kitten, of course)!!! Thank you.

Good fun and value for money although "cheap"I bought this cat tree after read the reviews and compare prices. My two cats are in quarantine (just moved from Brasil to UK)and I am trying to make the horrible experience of being there as smooth as possible. They LOVE it. L-O-V-E it. As soon as the box was open, Melinha (cow cat b/w) got into the box and hide herself within the middle den part. Even the ladders that I thought wouldn't be of any interest were welcome. This is a CHEAP cat tree in all senses. I had high-quality cat trees in Brasil and you know the materials used in this one will problably disappear in a year or less than that but it is very good value for money. I decided to tie up the posts to the wire mesh because of a review I read saying the cat tree wasn't very stable. However it looked very strong and stable for me. Melinha loved to be the queen of the castle at the top. It is ideal for active adult cats because the shelves are high and estimulate exercise.

Brilliant! :)Our kitten loves this cat tree a lot! She loves to chill on the very top bit and climbing 100 times a day. She was even trying to play with the parts as I was building it. For ideal use, you can build in different shapes, such as making it shorter for very small kittens etc. Despite the fact that the ladder bit was broken when it was delivered, the service was as good as Japanese service. I contacted zooplus by email a couple of times as soon as I found the broken part, and they replied very quickly and sent a new ladder replacement.

fantasticarrived today,, very fast delivery. this cat tree is HUGE and an absolute bargain!!! my older cat jumped straight onto it and went to sleep on the very top, my kitten is still a bit unsure but i just think thats the hieght. i have put it in the window so my cats can watch the world go by :) the instuctions are very small but its easy enough to figure out. i think this tree is fantastic for the price (saw a similar one in a shop for £65). if you want something big on a budget this is perfect

Great for kittens but....We bought this for our (then) kitten, who absolutely loved it. He still enjoys climbing the ladder and snoozing in the 'look-out' at the top. Sadly he's grown so much that he's a bit too big to fit all of himself into the look-out, and his mad dash up the thing makes me wonder if it will topple over one day soon. It hasn't yet, but he's still growing. (He's a big cat!) But we've got 8 months use out of it, so it was good value for money!

ImpressiveThis cat tree arrived promptly within 3 days. It was fairly easy to put together - would have liked instructions in words! It's good and stable. The only negative is that there are sharp fixings on the top of the ladder so I'll have to work out a different way of fixing it. For the price it is excellent; stable and solid. Holly the cat likes it so that's all that matters really.......

greatthe instructions are almost impossible to understand but it's only got 5 posts so it's not much of a problem. Once assembled it's quite sturdy, i doubt any cat will make this topple, but the best thing by far is the price. You won't get this much cat tree for this money anywhere else.
