It’s empty in here!
Biggeg granules don't trail much, this is good. It clumps well, easy to scoop out. But my cat tends to leave the poo uncovered since I am using Benek and it is smelly.
I bought this looking for an alternative to my favorite, but very expensive World's Best cat list litter. When I opened it I was immediately taken aback by how large and rough the pieces are, and sure enough my 2 cats have stopped burying their toilets, which in turn reduces the smell containment of the litter. From this lack of burying and the small one licking her paws a lot afterwards, I think they find it very uncomfortable to use. I will not be buying it again.
Good litter that clumps but doesn’t expand. Does contain odour unless, like our Siamese, your cat doesn’t cover it. No dusty wet paw prints. I do flush with no problems. As it is plant based rather than clay.
Have used Oko Plus Best for years, but needed to find a replacement after the product spec changed earlier this year and is no longer flush-able. Am extremely happy with this product. It does track, but clumps really well, covers the smell, is flushable and a good price compared to other products.
I absolutely LOVE this litter, with 16 cats we have a lot of trays and this is the only litter that cleanly clumps and reduces smell effectively. It's easy to dispose of down the toilet or compost heap and great value for money. It's very clean and easy to deal with and I've tried all the types of litter and wouldn't change to another now.
I was looking for an alternative for traditional bentonite clumping litter. And I found it. This stuff is amazing. It clumps beautifully. Has a subtle fragrance. Can be flushed down the toilet and doesn't create clouds of dust so it doesn't create mess. Doesn't stick to cat's paws and furr. My cat loves it. Highly recommended.
Clumps brilliantly, not smelly at all. I was advised to get 'worlds best', but due to this one being much cheaper, I thought I'd give it a go. I worried about it not being that great due to it being cheaper, but I really am very happy with it!
I've used Oko Plus Best littler for years. Loved it but the tracking through the house was so depressing. This litter is about 50% cheaper and the little pellets are probably about 50% bigger than those of oko plus, making it more difficult to get stuck on paws. I really have noticed a huge drop in litter all over the house. It clumps to make a hard cake, so I wouldn't flush it down the loo at all, despite being flushable, I wouldn't risk it. It covers poo-smells well too. Always a bonus. Happy.
For the price this is great. Doesn't tend to track as much as other brands
Doesn't track much compared to others, clumps well and smells ok
Having previously bought this cat litter and found it to be a good cheaper alternative to Cats Best Nature Gold, my recent bag of litter was incredibly dusty. I eventually resorted to sieving what was remaining in the bag. We've had two events of 'accidents' elsewhere in the house and I'm wondering if it's a result of a dislike of the litter. It clumps well, but maybe too well and does tend to stick to the bottom of the tray. I think I will pay that little bit more and return to Cats Best.
Wow this litter is good, it clumps really well, making less waste, and it does not track across the floor anywhere near as much as other brands. It mides the small if you are out all day too.
Best things about it: no tracking, nice hard lumps easy to scoop up Worst things about it: it really smells of ammonia in a very short time, flushing it blocks your toilet because it forms such hard lumps, it's hard to scoop up when it's stuck to the bottom and it would break a plastic scoop, I had never seen mould in cat litter before but wee lumps become actually mouldy in two days with this litter if you don't scrape the bottom carefully.
I was looking for an eco-friendly litter that would also make my life easy. this ticks all the boxes! After an initial introduction where she thought this might be food, my cat is now happily using this litter for her business. It clumps well, disolves itself in the loo, and bits don't stick to my cat's paws so i don't have run after her with the hoover. A really good product. I have now been using this litter for over a year and am planning to continue doing so!
When I 1st got cats I got the cheapest litter. It needed changing constantly & made my eyes water from the smell of ammonia. Nxt tried wood pellets. Was initially good but soon found was having to change it constantly too. I read so many reviews for different clumping litters I was going dizzy, so just took a chance & ordered this one. I will not change my litter ever again. No ammonia smell, easy to remove lumps & poop & does not need changing constantly. So much easier & 25l lasts 1mth.
I got misled by other reviews. It clumps really well but the dust is crazy. All over the furnitures floor with paws print on the couch etc. I had to stop using it and switch to wood pellets although I prefer the clumping litter. I'll try another clumping litter in the future
The litter itself is very good, but the bag seems to tear easily and handles snap
This is a great cat litter. It is light, it doesn't track badly, it isn't dusty, it clumps very well and I haven't noticed any odors from solids. I bought this to switch from Golden odor which my cats loved but which was extremely dusty. The cats are finding it a bit strange since it has a very different texture to what they're used to but we'll be buying this one from now on.
I had high hopes for this litter, espcially for my kittens. To be honest it clumps beutifully, no dust fantastic and stays very clean BUT.....the smell is revolting! I would give this litter 5+ stars if it were not for the sour odour I can smell all over the house, even though the litterboxes are in the kitten room upstairs. Sea Breeze ..more like sour milk and meat!!
I’ve spent some time trying to find a decent cat litter that doesn’t smell terrible and is cost effective. 1 week of using this litter and I’m sold, I’ll be using this from now on. It clumps everything up nicely and so is easy to remove and it’s amazing at reducing smells! Still a little bit of tracking but you really can’t complain!
I have tried many products and been disappointed with the quality of clumping and particularly the extent of tracking. Even Worlds Best was very disappointing. However, I’ve tried this corn litter for the first time. It’s fantastic! Hardly a grain outside the litter box for two indoor cats who are in and out of the box all day. The clumping is fine and easy to remove. I’m now going to order the large bag and will reorder in the future now I’ve found a truly decent product!
Combined with a top entry litter box I have reduced tracking to almost zero and that from 2 energetic cats. It is weird to get excited by cat litter but this stuff is great, light yet not bad at tracking, clumps brill, smells ok. Small amount of dust in the sack but like 95% less than the other litters I have tried and does not create a problem. Flushable but leave soaking for 10 minutes. All in all I am so happy with super benek clumping corn litter 100% 5 stars from me, always stock this one.
After getting fed up of the frequency with which I had to clear out my cat's non-clumping litter I thought I'd give this a try - it seemed reasonably priced and natural. Within a day cat was exclusively using the new litter and he completely disdains the old litter. On top of this the litter clumps really nicely and means I don't have to throw away anywhere near as much. Excellent purchase.
Definitely one of the best litters we've tried so far: hardly any smell, doesn't track as much as other types (a bit more than wooden pellets though), hardly any dust and clumps really really well. Our two boys tried to eat it at first, so I added a little bit of their regular wooden pellets on top - it did the trick. Hopefully, they won't try to eat it again next time we do a complete change of litter. So far so good! Highly recommended!
I have 9 cats and have always used The Worlds best cat litter but this litter is so much cheaper and in my honest opinion it’s better. It’s clumps and flushes away easily and there’s no odour even when used by my entire males. The other bonus is I no longer have to continually vaccum small particles of cat litter dragged around the house.
I used to swear by another similar type of litter but this is far superior for two reasons: it doesn't get tracked all over the house and it doesn't leave a gunky residue on the litter tray. One cat preferred it, the other was reluctant to dig in it at first but still used the tray. A week later and both cats are happier with it and I haven't had to sweep and vacuum it up anywhere near as much. It is much heavier than the other brand so think about bag size/weight. My advice - try it.
Good Points. Clumps brilliantly - forming rock hard clumps. It isn't dusty (well not yet anyway, I'm sure it will break down and become dusty). The litter is made of small granules which barely track (I have four long haired cats). Bad Points No matter how deep I make the litter it still tends to stick to the bottom of the litter try. But, that's not too bad as it clumps so well it doesn't break up too badly when I prise it off. A worthy contestant to World's Best.
I quite liked this cat litter however my cats dont seem to appreciate it as much. This is a very heavy / dense cat litter and I think some of my more "digging" cats are not keen as it does take some moving about in the tray to cover over - so if you have "diggers" they may not like it as much too. That said, the fact it is a heavy litter means very little litter is tracked outside of the tray, this is the best litter I have tried that does not track all over the house in long haired paws !
good price, clumps well, disposes easily down toilet, no oders, does track slightly but I use a mat to reduce this. I use this regularly! 👍
This is an excellent litter, tracks less than Oko Plus and Greenwoods flushable, also clumps really well for flushing...BUT some of our 8 cats eat it and then they throw it up with their last meal so unfortunately as much as we like it we are going back to using Greenwoods.
Best litter I have tried till now, I also suggested it to friends: it clumps perfectly, keeps the smell, it's not dusty so everything around is clean and I can simply flush it down the toilet... so it ticked all the boxes. I wish there was the 3 packs deal as there is for the scented one, I am tempted to buy the sea breeze but I am afraid it's not going to perform as well.
Not dusty, clumps really well. Cats don’t walk it through the house and to me there is no smell. Find the other reviews hard to understand as I’ve found this cat litter the best I’ve ever had!
Clumping is great, possibly better than WorldsBest. This will be the litter I use from now on - have 3 kits!
Doesn't track and very good at stopping odour I have 9 cats and it's the best litter I have used
no odour, no dust (it comes in small pallets), clamps perfectly and I can flush it down the toilet! A+++
At last a clumping cat litter that does exactly what it says on the bag. I have three cats so three trays and I have been very disappointed previously with litters which do not clump and do not mask odours as they profess to but this litter is excellent. Thank heavens I gave it a try.
I have used quite a few different litters and this one is the best! I always use natural litters and have tried a few but some of them are too light and track everywhere! Very frustrating. I came across this one and I'm so glad I did. It's heavy enough that it rarely tracks and doesn't get dragged all over the house. It clumps really well and absorbs smells really well. My cat has hypothyroidism so sometimes he can be very smelly when using his tray but this has helped loads. The litter itself a bit of a funny smell but nothing major and it doesn't bother my cat at all. The price is good too! I bought a huge bag for less than some of the smaller ones I've tried. Very happy cat and owner here!
We have always recommended Okoplus but noticed it was becoming dustier so decided to try this after seeing the reviews. So glad we did. What a great litter. It's low in dust compared to some other brands & clumps very well. Will be our new regular.
I liked the idea of fresh grass smell but once it has been pee'd on by the cats, it is pretty disgusting. I do like Super Benek Corn Cat so now simply buy the 26kg bags instead.
Further to my previous review have been using this litter for several months. Usually I use deep litter but their vigorous scratching makes the litter go powdery within a couple of days and footprints land on furniture. I now use less litter in their trays - but still the powder - so lots of waste. I shall continue using it as only one I know that doesn't affect me with the dust! Anyone know of another litter that is dust free please contact me.
We have tried so many different types and brands of litter, this is hands down the best! Clumps really well, great odour control and lasts ages
Reading the description this was the best litter i could find for many reasons, it's eco friendly, flusheable, easy on kittys paws and affordable however the perfumed smell really put my kitty off using it. It smells nice at first but once it has been used the perfume reacts with the urine and creates a hideous ammonia smell that caused my kitty to start using my rug instead. It's a real shame since other than the smell this product would be perfect.
I have two indoor cats (big Maine Coons) and this litter does exactly what it says on the tin - brilliant. Easy to scoop out and just flushing it down the loo - will not block it. Hides odour and no horrible powder. When used with a cat litter mat, it will not spread around your home or stick in between their paws. My cats and I love this litter.
Brilliant, at last a cat litter that does what it says. Clumps well, hides smells (if the cat covers it up which my 2 don't always being 16 years old and lazy). I haven't tried putting the waste down the loo yet. Put it in a doggy poo bag and put in dustbin. I am so pleased there is no dust as with many other litters and that it is made from natural corn. Will always be using this from now on.
I have tried so many type of cat litter but this one is the best by far. Very little dust, does not track and is very economical. Clumps well and although is odorless, somehow eliminates any odor. My 4 Norwegian forest cats have abandoned the 2 litter trays with previous litter in favor of using 2 trays of this, new litter. So, we are all happy and I would highly recommend it.
I bought the three 7ltr bags. The bags were a handy size, great price considering the prices of the other corn types and it smelt just wonderful when you opened the bag. Unfortunately it just didn't clump well at all :| wherever I pulled the handle on my smart sift littertray, the poops just stuck to the grate and most of the litter just fell to the bottom of the box. I found litter all over the area the box is and it smelled very strong of urine. Just not great for a mechanical litter tray but would be great as a standard litter :)
it is better than other brand like best cat. i was frsutrated with best cat's litter everywhere. This would still break down into dust. i still have to vaccum often. but at least the bits are big enough i could shake out the dust and put back the large bits into the litter box. it does stick to the bottom instead of like best cat it clump over the base. but i would rather sticking to the bottom than to have dust everywhere. and not able to do anything about it but replace the whole litter lot
both cats preferred this to the usual one. little trail . no smell easy to clean. Loved it
I am so pleased I tried this. Have tried so many which have been dusty and the last one I tried stuck to the bottom of the pan like cement and lots of dust on furniture and was heavy to remove. Good for a bricklayer I think!! This Benek is great - Some of it does go to fine composition where the cats scratch about but it soaks up the urine completely and is a joy to use! No dust and no tracking. A Shake of the pan and the corn comes to the top of the pan. Would recommend this cat litter.
So, as a result of my mission to find the best clumping litter; I have tried three brands thus far and this is the best. It's affordable, clumps really well, contains odours and doesn't track too much. I like the added benefit of being able to flush it down the toilet as putting kitty litter in the bin makes my kitchen smell! My only small dissatisfaction is that it is dusty, but I have wooden floors so this is not too hard to clean up. I will try worlds best next so watch that space.
Clumps very well, no mess, no smell. My favourite so far
I'm a pretty environmentally conscious person and I'd been feeling guilty about using supermarket litter but did so because it was cheap. However, I felt being eco was more important so I compared prices and reviews and went for Super Benek. It tracks as much as any litter I'd say and this doesn't bother me, I only mention it as other people comment on it. I have one of those special mats that catch most of the litter anyway. It holds smells really well which is most important! V impressed!
I used to think this was the best cat litter but the last couple of times i have ordered it the consistency is more powdery than before and it isn't as good at stopping odours.
This is the best cat litter I have ever bought. I started using Greenwoods but have gone back to this as I was fed up with constantly hovering the house and bed. I hardly tracks at all and with three house cats and having dark carpets this used to be a real problem I would highly recommend this as it has taken me years to find one that all the cats like and one that doesn't track but I will never change makes again.
Tried this and the Sea Breeze scent when World's Best was out of stock. Acceptable, but used far more of it, the scent did not mask as well and it scatters more. Clumps do not lift out in a clean lump and liquid sinks right to the bottom, turning the grains to powder, so more wastage and stronger smell of pee. Will stick to World's Best Lavender or Multicat, more economical and cleaner in use, cats prefer it and it covers smells better.
I previously swore by oko plus but it tracked all over the house which meant I was permanently attached to.my hoover.... however I decided id try this one and im so glad I did no more tracked litter all over house very pleased with the way it clumps and it doesnt pong either will stick with this one
For years my preference was Cat's Best Öko since you can flush it down the toilet - but with my messy kitties it traced A LOT, and my cats love to dig, so clean litter constantly got mixed with used one. Super Benek is a super litter! It pretty much turns into a cement block where the cat peed, and it's heavy - so not so interesting to play around with and build Egyptian pyramids in the litter box, mixing all. i LOVE how tidy the litter is, and so far no visible traces around the apartment.
Our cats really like this litter, its easy to clean and clumps well so its quite economical, gets delivered to the door so no heavy lugging home from the supermarket.
I tried many types of litter, including the expensive Cats Best ÖkoPlus, for my large indoor cat. He has a lot of of fur on his pads, and even with the use of a rubber mat the litter he brought out every time he used his tray was ridiculous! The vacuum cleaner was like a yoyo in and out of the cupboard.! This litter far surpasses ANY I tried. Its less expensive than some top name brands and clumps really well, which makes it's very economic. Would definitely recommend it
Having 4 indoor cats I've tried a fair few cat litters over the years of varying prices but this one by Super Benek is by far the best! Lasts ages, very easy to remove wet clumps and most of all hides odour exceptionally well.
This cat litter is the best we have ever used, our 3 cats (2 Bengals and 1 Devon Rex) are indoor cats so use it at lot, it's totally flushable and doesn't 'walk' around the house. The smaller bags are just as economical, and so much easier to handle. Please don't ever stop selling it!! Thank you
Very good and economic cat litter.
Having used oko plus before I constantly had a vacuum in my hand as the litter would appear everywhere but this doesn't track at all and is a little heavier than the oko so doesn't get stuck in furry fluffy paws. It clumps way better than OP and sieves through the scooper easier too.not too keen on the sea breeze scent(smells a bit like the car trees air fresheners)so bought the natural one just now.Very impressed with this litter and would recommend especially for cats with long hair furry paws
I bought it imagining that it would be a generic and cheaper version of Worlds Best, but it is horrible, it doesn't clump well, it doesn't capture the urine smell, it breaks when you are cleaning and leave dirty bits behind, in fact, it is the worst from several I tried over the years. It may please however those who favour low-track over anything else, because it is the only thing it is good at.
I run a home based rescue and sanctuary and this litter has saved my sanity! With previous litters I'd used including cats best, tigerino and Sanicat to name a few I was having to completely change 25+ litter trays every other day due to the terrible odour from them despite scooping 3 x daily. Superbenek has literally transformed my life, litter trays now last 6-8 days before needing a full change. I have 50 cats that are resident at the moment so the litter trays get a LOT of usage!
I thought i would give this a try but found it dusty and prefer the usual brand, Cats Best.
This litter does what it says, it's very absorbent and flushes well. The only problem is the dust, my bathroom floor is absolutely covered in paw prints and as it's a black floor that isn't ideal at all. Every time my cat uses the litter box I have to wipe all the paw prints away. It's a shame as otherwise I'd have used it again as it doesn't track like a lot of the other litter does. I won't use it again due to the amount of dust though.
Best litter we have tried by far. It doesn't smell at all, and all cats will use it. It's also economical although I would advise buying smaller bags rather than one big one as it's extremely heavy
Really pleased with this litter and cats have no problem with it. It has minimal smell, clumps nicely and doesn't seem to end up all over the floor like the clay clumping litter I had used before. I don't flush it down the toilet, but the left over litter has gone in the compost heap and seems to be degrading well
Absolutely brilliant, our 3 house cats have used another type of corn based cat litter for years, and we were forever cleaning up the litter that 'walks' around the house. This doesn't !! We had no problem changing them over to it, yes it's totally flushable and extremely absorbent. Well done, I certainly won't be changing back to the previous one. Thank you
I have a Bengal, Ragdoll and Mains Coon. I have tried many different litters and so far this one suits all three cats using the same large litter tray. It is economical, light weight and tracks less. Worth a try at £ 3.99 a bag.
I have 7 cats and 3 trays and this has been the best litter I have tried so far. It clumps brilliantly, there is virtually no odour and I just scoop out and top up as needed. I agree with other reviewers, the bag is way too heavy
Fantastic litter, almost exactly the same as Worlds Best but a fraction of the price. Clumps really well for urine collection and lasts for ages. I have nine cats and a lot of trays and they don't smell at all. Only down side is the bag is quite heavy but a small price to pay for such a good litter.
Brilliant, eco friendly, great clumping cat litter but the bag size is ridiculous, blooming impossible to move on your own.
Only thing to consider is thatbthe grains are coarse, so fussy cats may dislike using it. Other than that its perfect
I have previously always used World's Best Cat Litter. This is an excellent alternative. I have not found it to disintegrate any quicker than World's Best and it doesn't track any worse either. Great value for money product.
I have 4 cat's and have to say this litter is just excellent, it clamps in the bottom of the tray so no smell around it at all. Very economical as well. By placing a mat or small carpet in front of it would prevent any dust being spread around. I will definitely buying more in the future.
I normally use Cat Best and think it's great but I have just started using Super Benek which is much better. I have five long haired cat so I need a good deodorising litter and this fits the bill. It doesn't track very much and it's extremely hard clumping so when you scoop out the lumps it holds very firm together. I always keep the litter deep in the tray about 2 - 3 inch so the urine get suspended in the litter so the tray keeps clean longer.
I tried this as I use Greenwoods now. It was on special offer from zooplus. It works much the same as the Greenwoods. However I prefer the Greenwoods because I can scoop that easily out of the litter tray. I found the Super Benek sets rather like concrete at the bottom of the litter tray and I have to 'chip' it out. It all depends what you prefer.
This is the best cat litter I have found since Tigerino stopped doing a flushable non-pellet wood litter that clumped. Extensive trials of other litter and this is by far the best - easy to manage, lasts for ages since the clumps are solid and easy to remove, and importantly are biodegradable/flushable and the remains compostable. My cat is very happy with this. There is some scattering of litter on the floor - however this may be because my cat scuffles around for ages in the box.
After feeling very dissatisfied with a number of litters I decided to buy a bunch of different kinds to try out and find the best one. I think I've tried most types of litter at this stage, and this is my first choice. It doesn't track, smells nice, lasts ages without making a stink, clumps perfectly, doesn't stick to the bottom of the tray(it pops off without any effort), the clumps are incredibly dry/clean, seeming almost like a buffed plywood and not least, it's cheap! It's just great.
I've always used Cat & Clean Baby Powder to date for being better than Oko Plus and World's Best for a number of reasons but when it was out of stock recently I opted for Benek and I'm not going back!! It clumps immediately and is just great, the only tiny downside is some of the litter turns a bit powdery but I'll take that for clumping so well and can be flushed down the toilet. Great product
I have used Sofisticat for two decades and this litter is GREAT.. Does not track and is a lot less dusty than my old one. The only downside one of my cats started to eat it when first used but quickly stopped. It clumps really well and is easy to remove from the tray. We have been using it for 4 weeks now and due to get another bag which we will be doing, it is also more economical than my old litter as it last ages and no more treading on hard litter like we did with the old one, we don't need to change it as often just remove the clumps & best if all it doesn't smell when it has been used like my bold one. I must say I am very IMPRESSED..
I used to use worlds best but thought I've give this a whirl as it was alot cheaper.. Well it converted me.. OK so it does turn to powder over time but so does WB. Doesn't track far from the trays and I have four medium to large cats. A 40L bag lasts me weeks and weeks. The only negative is the bags way a tonne must be 30kg if not more.. I just decant it into my holders around the home and it's much easier to deal with.. I'll put up with the weight for the saving which is over 10£a bag
I think this is every bit as good as Cats Best - in fact it tracks less! It smells divine therein lies the BUT - my 2 boys aged 18/24 months insist on eating it! Sadly I'm going to have to revert to Cats Best.
As a breeder good litter is a priority right up there with good food and this litter is great. It clumps, hides smells, very little dust and does not go to dust over time, and does not track as bad as some litters it is also gentle on tiny feet. The one very big down side is THE BAGS ARE JUST TOO HEAVY AT 40L packs, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PACK THEM IN SMALLER WEIGHTS 30L is ideal as most breeders are aging females and we are just not built to move 40L bags of litter so on this basis alone I am unable to order any more of this litter until you address the pack weight issue. Thank you
I've been trying economical and ecologically friendly alternatives to regular Fullers Earth litters and I found this to be the best so far. It forms hard balls which are easy to remove. My wife usually complains about the smell after a week but not so with this litter as a result it lasts up to 2 weeks (1 x 7l bag) before a change is needed and by then it's getting a bit thin in the box. Tracking is minimal, just enough to let you know the cats been for a visit.
I have tried several types of litter to find the best smell control and absorption. This is so far the best litter.
I used cats best for many years and have always been happy with it. It is very lightweight though and with a recent addition to my furry baby family I was finding it everywhere. After reading reviews on this brand I was curious to try it. I've been really pleased with it so far, it clumps far better than the cats best, it doesn't make much mess and the cats don't seem to be dragging it all over the house. Will be getting it again. Only one negative with it and that's the weight of the 40l bag. I was shocked on the difference to the cats best. Feel sorry for the delivery driver.
Really easy to clean important as a/breeder with lots of Kitty's,tried all types this is the best!
I had previously settled on World's Best, but as it is so expensive had been on the lookout for something cheaper. This stuff is very good - it smells much better than World's Best before use and is better at controlling odours after after use. It clumps very well and the clumps tend to stick together, rather than falling apart. It's also much cheaper than World's Best It does track a little, but no more so than World's Best. Only problem is it is lighter in colour, so tracked litter shows up more clearly. I will be using this litter from now on.
I have five cats, four kittens and three litter trays and had settled on Worlds Best until I tried this. It is lasting almost twice as long as the equivalenr bag of WB. It clumps well and I use the biggest scooper available which makes cleaning the litter very quick. It barely tracks whereas WB was trailed everywhere. It breaks down in water much more reliably than WB and when it's been powdery for a day or so you know it's time to change it. All in all the best litter I have ever bought in the 40 years that I have had cats.
I was looking for new litter because of tracking problem with Cat's Best Oko Plus. I tried many, many litters and I think we'll stick to this one for a while. Yes, it becomes dust quite fast, probably even faster thanks to my dig-lover (I cope with it putting in the tray less litter than I normally put and adding a bit every day or two). It is heavy, which is good for me, because it doesn't track badly and even dust stays near tray. I don't see litter grains all over the house anymore(I sometimes see dusty track, but I prefer this one). I can't say much about smell since it simply doesn't exist with BARF diet. It's natural, flushable, clumps very good.
I love this cat litter! It is really excellent, good value and has a nice smell without being perfumed. I found it by chance on the Zooplus website and decided to try it and I am delighted with it and have re-ordered.It is corn based like WB but a lot cheaper.I still love WB but now I have an alternative too.
Excellent quality great price. We dont need to buy so much of it because it is so good, it instantly clumps and draws away from the clean litter and no smell. My cat is happy. Only draw back is it can be a little dusty but we now use top entry litter boxes and this has decreased
My cat don´t want to pee on it. I don´t know if is the smell or the colour or the texture but she begun to pee out of the litter.
I have 2 very fluffy cats and have struggled with them leaving a trail of litter when they get out of their box. I have tried all the top named litters and this one is the best so far. It hasn't completely stopped any litter moving but has reduced it considerably. I was using Cats Best Oko Plus or Tigerino but I find this litter better for my cats. The grains are heavier so it stays put better. It also makes clean up a lot easier as it binds together much better and almost sets. I was finding that with Oko Plus and Tigerino it was staying a bit gooey and making a horrible mess on the walls of the litter box but this litter just goes nice and solid, so much easier to clean.
I bough a small bag of this to try against the Worlds Best litter. They are very similar in performance so this is a great option for anyone wanting to give theirbcats the best they can on a budget. The granules are slightly bigger than WB litter and have a tendency to turn to a fine powder after a while but on the whole it is much better than any other clumping litter out there.
in my opinion it clumps better than worlds best I've had no problems with it sticking to the tray, it is slightly more dusty than worlds best but still a great price so will be sticking with this for now as I have 5 cats and we go through a lot of litter
I've been testing this for 2 weeks. I have 2 cats and one tray has this litter and the other tray has the litter I usually buy - Cats Best Gold. This one has won as it doesn't track litter all around my flat. It's also much cheaper.
low absorption, weak and crumbling clumps, does not keeps odors, i clean it every day, and at the end of the week it smells, because of a small fractions that are left after crumbling, not dusty, but the sediment is like flour. i've used before more "cementing" litter, and it had strong round clumps, this one is like a pancakes...next month we gonna move to another brand...
This litter clumps really nicely. It's pretty dusty, I keep finding footprints and dusty butt prints around the house. It doesn't seem to soak up the pee very quickly and during the week the cats have been using it there's been a number of wet paw incidents.I'll be switching back to Biokat.
This has got to be the best litter I have tried to date. I have 6 cats 3 of them rescue cats and unexpected. I have tried worlds best, Octo and everything else in between and this has got to be the best ever. Very very little tracking, nice small grains and Super absorbent. Natural corn based litter. Does a good job of odour control as well. I will definatly be placing a regular order of this. Company is very good for delivery also and a First Class Service.
Having had cats for many years and recently welcomed our Maine coon kitten to the household, I can honestly say this is the best cat litter I have ever used. Clumps really well so easy to remove, lasts such a long time, well worth the money. Just about to order another bag!
Iown 4 cats,so the litter trays are in constant use, litter arrived yesterday,so cleaned and filled trays, and waited, fantastic no mess, there is hardly any tracking, all the cats have been happily using trays overnight and my house dosent resemble a beach.Great clumping and no smell.Thank you
Tried the tigerino wood-based clumping , as I wanted a litter that is not bad for the environment. I hadn't used clumping before, so I thought it was pretty good. Saw the price of this one and decided to give it a try. It clumps really well, sifts easier (smaller pieces), tracks less, has no scent. Controls odour very well, and the tray stays clean for a long time. Highly recommend this product.
Over the last 10yrs I have tried countless cat litters. I had yet to find an acceptable solution for the particular bathroom needs of my two girls - a Sphynx and a Devon Rex. Even the most expensive litters either tracked too much, didn't deal with odours or couldn't be flushed away. I was using Cats Best Nature Gold up until recently, although it's flushable, the granules kept getting caught between the 'fingers /toes' of the Sphynx and were being trampled all round the apartment. The sand like litters tracked ridiculously and as the sphynx likes to sleep under the covers we were finding that gritty particles were following her into our bed. We had resorted to using the vacuum every night to contain the mess- yet just a short while later it would all need doing again. We were despairing of ever finding a solution. I read the reviews of Super Benek Corn Cat Clumping Litter, ordered 40L ( less than half the price we had been paying for NG) it arrived virtually the next day ( thank you ZooPlus! ) and we used it for the first time yesterday evening. Over night our lives have been utterly transformed!!!! No smell, no tracking ...at all... The litter clumps very rapidly so ALL the waste is contained into a hard mass. It's completely flushable....there is not a hint of it having travelled into our bed!! I am so astonished I felt I had to write a review, something I don't normally do! Best of all it's so much more reasonably priced. Please ZooPlus don't ever let it be out of stock!!! Thank you to those who recommended it. Let me do the same
I have tried so many litters over the past 10 years without finding any product that really did the job- if it clumped well- it tracked too much or did not control odour well or was very expensive. I have two little girls - a sphynx and a Devon Rex - both extremely particular about their bathroom routine. I was using natures gold because the waste could be flushed away, but the little pieces were getting caught between the sphynx cats little'fingers and toes' and been walked all around the apartment. I tried the non flushable sand like granules but tracking of little gritty bits was horrendous. As the sphynx cat loves to sleep next to me under the covers- I was finding grit particles would follow her into bed. I read the reviews of this Super Benek Corn Cat Natural Clumping Litter. I ordered 40L which arrived virtually the next day ( thank you AGAIN ZooPlus!) . It was approximately half the price of the other products I had been using. Overnight our lives have been transformed. It is AWESOMELY effective. No smells! Almost no tracking& only just by the door of the tray! It clumps very rapidly to hard a mass capturing all waste! Best of all it can be flushed away via toilet ... Oh and it is so much cheaper than the other flushables which in our experience were less effective products! I am delighted. Please ZooPlus never let it be out of stock! Ps I don't normally leave reviews but I am so astonished with this magic product I feel it would be unfair not too!
Tried this to see if we could save some money from using World's Best since both are "corn based", but they're anything alike. The granules are large which the cats don't like too much, they prefer sand style litter, but the upside is there is less tracking. However the real problem is the clumps are very large and mushy - like wet paper - so we up throwing out a lot more when cleaning the tray. A bag of this ends up lasting about 1/3 of what World's Best lasts and it's messier too as it sticks more to the walls. It is cheap and less sticky than other litter in this price range. I'd probably buy it if I had not tried the "Rolls Royce" of litter...
This stuff is absolute magic! I have been happy using World's Best but have been searching for a more affordable alternative and THIS IS IT. The litter is made of equally fine grains, flushes in the loo with no problem and the clumps are even better than with other brands. And although with World's Best I did not consider trailing to be much of a problem, this trails even less. I would give it more points if I could. Excellent product and great to see Benek keeping up all the good work they do in cat litter. P.s. I have a cat with fluffy feet (a ragdoll on the really furry side) so if you're looking for something that will not spread around your house with your cat's feet this is perfect.
After probably trying every litter out there I tried Benek hoping for the best & yippee it's great! I have 3 Maine Coons & 2 moggies and with wood flooring tracking was a problem, not anymore! VERY minimal tracking & really good clumping with a nice smell. Recommended this on a Maine Coon page & a few others have tried it & are now converted.
I must have tried every type of litter here on Zooplus in the quest to find one that works for my 3 Maine Coons and 2 Moggies. I find this one to track a hell of a lot less and it clumps very well. Just going to see how long the 40l bag lasts but looking at how it clumps I assume it will be comparable to the others I have tried. Going to stick with this one now!!!
