The skin underneath is very sensitive and only the right nutrition supports the health of the skin, promoting the quality of the coat and strengthening the skin resistance against allergens and inflammations.

Royal Canin Breed Golden Retriever Junior dry dog food was developed with the special nutritional requirements of young Golden Retrievers up to 15 months in mind.

  • Glossy Coat: The combination of borage oil and biotine promotes a soft and shiny coat. Sulphureous amino acids enhance the production of keratin and supports the fur-growth. The combination of pantothenic acid, niacin, inositol and choline strengthens skin-resistance.
  • A strong immune system: an anti-oxidant complex strengthens the natural defences and counteracts cell ageing, mannan-oligosaccharides stimulate immune reactions by increasing the number of antibodies
  • Joint protection: the synergistic effect of chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine protects the joints, supports harmonious bone development and slows down the development of arthritis; omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA fight inflammations and oxidative damage
  • Digestive security: Rice is used as the only source of plant-based carbohydrate and highly digestible proteins help to keep the intestinal flora balanced and healthy
