Product description

A traditional covered litter tray with a translucent swing door and carbon filter. The cat litter box is easy to move thanks to its practical handle. Dimensions: 50 x 37 x 39 cm (L x W x H).

The Oscar Litter Box from Savic is a traditional covered cat toilet. The smart litter box is very well made and has an integrated active carbon filter which helps to get rid of any nasty odours.

The hood is attached to the base tray with sturdy clips which are easy to release for easy cleaning of the tray. There is a practical handle so you can easily move the litter box around.

The hood includes a translucent plastic swing door which lets through plenty light but also allows your cat to do its business in private. The door can be removed if preferred.

Remember to change the active carbon filter regularly so that it gets rid of nasty smells quickly and effectively.

Badly damaged, unsatisfactory customer service
This item arrived so damaged that it was unusable. No replacement offered. Refund given but I was left to dispose of the item myself and left to pay for the cost of disposal. Not good enough.

Fantastic
Wish I had bought this toilet ages ago. 6kg 8 month old maine coon lots of space use together with the clumping litter took a full bag but scoop out mess twice a day and change monthly. Very easy to keep clean well worth the money

Works ok but door doesn’t close
I bought two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. No complaints about the quality. The clips are stron and sturdy yet easy to undo. Better than the sliding clips on other models. The door is my big complaint. Weird design. It hangs slightly inwards of the door frame so there is always a big gap and smells escape easily. Not much point in the carbon filter. I like the size and quality, but am now looking for an equivalent with a normal door design.

Great Litter Box
Very happy with my purchase. Our two boys started using it straight away. It is rather large and slightly bulky, but looks really good and easy to clean. Due to the corner shape it gives our boys tons of space to maneuver inside the litter box, which is a huge plus point. Please keep in mind that it requires quite some litter to fill it, but it is absolutely worth it.

He has lots of room now
My kitten had outgrown his litter tray which he likes in the kitchen. This is perfect for him. I always remove the flap on boxes, as sometimes he likes to look out, when he's inside being busy. Lot's of space for him, and given the burying that he does, great no mess all over the floor. He is very happy with this this. He likes his new loo

Not sure how long will last
This really is an XXL box! A bit too large for my young ragdoll but will be fine once grown. The amount of cat litter required to adequately fill the tray is something I hadn't considered. A 6 litre bag of crystal litter is not deep enough, will need another bag so is exspensive. Main issue is that it seems not very robust. The clips on the side will need frequent use to remove lid for litter change, seem quite flimsy. Also the front flap was broken on delivery (one of the pegs was snapped).

Door just doesnt look right the right way around
This has just arrived, it remains to be seen if our 3 kitties will use it - the door is a very poor fit and when I 1st put it together it didn't look right hanging inside and not 'closing' at all with a huge gap- looked on here and see I'd put it in the wrong way - now corrected but it looks so odd. The clips seem flimsy and with the bags I don't think this will last long! this is the 3rd covered litter box we have and it is certainly not the best - but then I guess we get what we pay for.

ill-fitting flap door
As one review has already stated the flap door is ill-fitting which ever way you place it! It's a shame because the actual tray and cover is excellent value. Because of the ill-fitting door my cat got stuck on the very first attempt to enter and was frantic; thus broke one of the little plastic peg on one side so that was the end of the flap. However, ZOOPLUS was most understanding and is replacing it for me and I am most grateful as I think Zooplus generally is excellent!!

good size
Sadly the back of my litter tray where the clip goes split the second time I removed the clip to empty the tray, its a wee bit flimsy, Otherwise the corner tray is a really good size, nice and easy to assemble and clean just gutted mine broke

Pleasantly surprised
I have a kitten who is growing by the second and needed something bigger and covered. He doesn't like the flap so that is easily resolved. It is big and of a sturdy design. Yes, the filter isn't the easiest of things to get in but personally I think that this is good value for money. I am also impressed with the the service of Zooplus. Quick dispatch and delivery, and purchased quite a few items. All are reasonably priced and of decent quality.

Excellent
I am ordering a second one for my 2 elderly cats who seldom go outside now. The original is 3 years old. I am sure people are putting the door on the wrong way round if it does not fit. I did first time! The side clips are fine as long as you align them on the base correctly. They are bound to break if you force them.
