Your Challenge
- Responsibilities include working with other departments in technology, logistics and customer operations to aggressively develop the company�s product offerings and UK customer base. You will drive projects such as:
- Sales and business planning
- Positioning and promoting our product offerings
- Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Determining ROI on advertising expenditures
- Analysing customer profiles and purchasing behaviour
- Implementing customer loyalty programmes
- The position is high-profile and you will report directly to the board.
Your Profile
- BA/BS degree
- Ideal candidate will have several years experience in e-commerce or mail order business, retail marketing
- Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of the search engines and online advertising market
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with MS Excel/Access
